Kyriad Hotel Brest

Staff, comfort, location

very good bed

- no parking- the bathroom was not really independent from the bedroom (no door)- very noisy: could not sleep

I Mike the quietness of the room., and tge fait the tram stop was very close tout the hotrl.

The breakfast was not included in the pricx

Good location

Bedrooms to hot no AC and we were on the 3rd floor in a family room and the near floor to ceiling windows opened fully so my kids to of climbed out

Big, comfortable bed. Good shower. Helpful staff - lent us a fan as room was so hot at height of summer.

Very noisy location. Had to open windows due to heat in August. On tram route.

Very fair price for basic hotel, clean functional, practical .

Lighter coloured walls

Very tidy and specious room. Nice service. Breakfast was decent.

Smell of mold

No breakfast . Location good for the tram , this was cheap and a 4.50E ticket included the use of buses and surprisingly although it said 4.50 each it in fact covered us both as family we think .

The car park is public and so therefore not secure . It is free but a tricky walk across the tram tracks up a side road .

Nice size room. Beds were pretty comfortable

The room wasn’t clean. The area is a bit ropey and quite a long way out of the centre. We saw a couple of people breaking into the building behind. When we told the staff the room wasn’t clean, nothing happened for 24 hrs and then it still wasn’t cleaned properly. WiFi is awful. Recessed ceiling light in bathroom hanging out.

Good and central location, quiet hotel. Comfortable rooms.

Good location, right near the tram station to get into town. Friendly staff. Clean room. City hotel

Room facing the street was a bit noisy, not very well insulated against that. "Bathroom" just separated by a curtain from the room. Everything was very narrow

We had a medical issue and the staff were extremely helpful

Location did not feel too safe after dark. Parking was a problem aa the free parking across the street did not feel too secure ( a lot of people hanging around the cars)

Everything went well, the staff was very friendly and accommodated the late check-in. Excellent position in Brest. Very comfortable bed, no noise.

Great location, was clean and suitable to our needs. We really liked the reception area with a kids drawing and toys table, toilet and couch. Was very helpful with our active three year old.

The rooms don't have air con. It is still a budget hotel but overall fine.

Bad

Wifi signal in the Room was very weak and the connection was broken after few seconds, iPhone had problem to find a router. They have a big Window in the Room but very dirty. The personel at the reception desk was very inpolite and not helpful. I chose the option to pay at hotel but they did take the money before via booking and did not want to allowed me to pay in the hotel. The problem was reported to booking because the lady did not care and did not want to call the manager and solve the problem. She was very inpolite and told me it is my problem and is sunday ?
