Dinner and breakfast were great service provided was excellent in all departments,and all staff were welcoming and efficient.

There was no fresh milk at breakfast,and no milk in the room for tea or coffee.A British way,but for years, French hotels in general have let British people down.We British love France, it's people, cuisine,ambience and way of life so no fresh milk is only a little quibble, but it would be nice to have.

Evening meal was excellent, although it was second choice for my wife who wanted fish which was unavailable.

Breakfast needed a bit more care and attention scrambled egg was lukevwarm and grey, bacon was luke warm. Room was clean except there were no toiletries, only the shower gel. Shower was dirty with dark pubic hair in the corner. The waiter asked my wife what she wanted to drink, brought her drink to the table, completely ignored me and walked off, after 2 minutes I called him and pointed out he hadn't asked me what I wanted , my drink arrived 5 minutes after my wife's. Also deliveries started 6.30 am and woke us up. We were at the front of the hotel room 211.

We didn't realise that you had to pay extra for the pool and book in advance. Something we have never had to do at any hotel we have stayed in.

Nice lobby area, friendly staff, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking. It's not in the centre of town and it was quite late so we decided to have dinner at the hotel which was quite nice. It felt very much like a business hotel with everyone having dinner on their own so no real atmosphere. So overall a nice stay in a corporate type hotel with no complaints.

Food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble especially as I was on a restricted diet. Staff were so lovely and so kind. Thank you. Lovely room, spotless!

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast buffet varied and delicious. With our little French and staff members’ English, we were able to communicate, and all of our questions were answered satisfactorily.

Restaurant wasn’t open Friday and Sunday nights,nor for lunch on weekend. However, a couple of menu items were available at those times. The nature of our visit meant that we spent a lot of time at the hotel, and the one other restaurant in the immediate vicinity was closed for the weekend.

Good location for the an early flight from Brest airport. Clean, functional and easy to find and park. I didnt stay long so cant comment more on facilties

Location was OK but not great. Our window was seeing on an outside wall at approx. 1 meter only.

The room was not cleaned after our 1st night.Breakfast was poor e.g. no black tea available and oranges were decaying.

the response of the people on any enquiry was immediate and productive. Do not try to solve problems by yourself. the staff is there open for solutions.

the weather was auffull and due to the wind, there was noise in the room by the strong wind of the storm

Internet didn't work for one week, i did stay 8 day last day net was fixed. Room got cleaned no towels, no shampoo refill and had sign do not disturb up but cleaning crew manager just came in ..no knocking or any.Also staff is paranoid regarding smoking. i do smoke out side on designated area, but the looks of there staff was not appreciated
