ibis Soissons

Good value, helpful staff and a very quiet, clean and comfortable room.

We didn't need anything else!

Good choice for breakfast, they even had oat milk available without having to be asked. Rooms were clean and the air con worked. Friendly staff who spoke good English.

The approach to the hotel looks like a scene from 28 days later, and the budget hotel next door looks like it is mostly used by drug addicts and people traffickers, but the ibis is clean and tidy inside and the staff are friendly. Just don’t go out for an evening stroll…

Nice property and the staff was excellentGood parking

Bit of a walk into town, but we did know that when we booked

Clean room, all you need for a stay. Good location, great restaurant just around the corner (all-you-can-eat). Our standard hotel for a trip to Spain

Nothing!

Friendly helpful staff , clean and comfortable

No tea making facilities in the room , had to go down to foyer for , not so hot water.

Good position for our forward journey.

No single room available. Their was 3 of us so had to book 2 double rooms

Easy Check In, OK for money. Just a place get your head down and shower before moving onto the next destination.

In my friends room the toilet was broke and they couldn't resolve the issue. Another friend also drank the tap water and ended up very ill for 24 hours (That's his own fault)

Decent, if uninspiring, air-conditioned room. Soundproofed. Good shower.

Bedside light operated from only one side. Crude plastic furniture. Uninspiring building. Average breakfast. Located on an industrial/commercial estate. Had to walk along dual carriageway and cross main roads with no pedestran crossings to reach local restaurants.

Staff was super friendly, although I made the booking quite late they told me was perfectly ok to check in late

The floor felt little bit lifted, and it was a little bit dusty but for the price is perfectly fine

Very friendly staff, especially the young lady at the night shift: when we arrived around 0:00 she did her utmost best to rebook our room, so that we had a room with two separate beds, and after that she provided us a quite good small meal which was utterly welcome.

The location was very difficult to find at dark, due to one-way roads

Remote location but excellent all you can eat 5 min walk away..Comfortable and clean

Great pick in Soissons. Next to motorway and next to a fine allyou can eat restaurant. Complete room. Very friendly staff

Nothing really

friendly staff, clean and close to where we were going onwards to, just an overnight stop

bedrooms were ok, bland room, no tea or coffee making facilities, breakfast was very poor, well over priced for very basic facilities

The hotel is very clean, the bed was super comfortable and nice and quiet.

Our Google maps took us through the town which was very long winded so check your directions.

Good location and fine room. Friendly staff was really welcoming their guests. The IBIS beds are always nice.

Nothing really; good value for money

Welcoming reception. Clean room, good shower.Good breakfast

From the description I thought it was closer to the city centre by foot.

Once inside the uninviting exterior all was usual Ibis and with air conditioning rooms en suit TV etc. We did not stay for breakfast.

Not ideal if on bikes, pretty grim out of town shopping complex with no walkable or cycling route to the centre without crossing major roads. Better suited to those in a car.

Clean room and good breakfast

Hotel was situated in middle of commercial/industrial estate. Had to buy sandwiches from local Aldi for evening meal as no convenient cafe or restaurant. No plug in washbasin in bathroom.

near big Chinese restaurant !

young woman on reception when we arrived needs a customer care refresher course, lady on breakfast was friendly and professional .

Great location, secured parking. nice sized rooms and very comfortable bed. Friebdöy staff.

The floor was a bit tatty and could do with a refurb and there should have been coffee and tea making facilities in the room when you arrive late or leave early.
