We liked everything about the hotel. We have stayed here 2 a year for the last 3 years.The staff are always pleasant and friendly. If we need help they would help us.The rooms are always clean and fresh. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer.The bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very clean and the shower is great.

A little out of the Laon centre but you can drive there in a couple of minutes.It would be better if it could have tea/ coffee facilities.
Entry lobby very spacious and decorated nicely. Room very clean and spacious, asked for a ground floor room which we received.
Had been travelling all day from Switzerland heading bk to Calais, restaurant was not open, although we did manage to get a 3minute pizza opposite which was delicious
