Large bathroom

The bathroom is very spacious, but it leaves little room in the bedroom. With the large bed, maneuvering was difficult.

Welcoming host very friendly ,good breakfast. Outside of Laon but didn't matter to me

It has a free parking, good price for the room and for the dog. The staff is very nice. The room was basic but clean. The location was good for the purpose of my trip. I was able to book last minute the night before.

There was no hair dryer in the room and the breakfast was very basic

Only towel for one person! Toilet very low ! Not enough pillows! Shower head broken to the main bar support! Sounds like no glass in windows ( outside noise) very noisy hallway !

The bed. It is literally a room with a bed.

The shower handle was broken.Toilet was dirty.There were no kettles to boil water. Photos on Google do not match what we got. The room door was so heavy, hard to open everytime. The lights in the corridors keep turning off all the time and I had to keep turning them back on.

Perfect location to break up the journey whilst driving to the Alps. Only used to get a sleep.

Wasn’t there long enough to form an opinion

Easy to find from the main motorway. Accessed the hotel late (after check in desk had closed) but had received the codes prior to arrival and it was all very easy to use this “self service” hotel. Generally felt quite safe and secure. No frills, but decent enough.

A basic hotel (which was expected due to the price) but there was strong smell of stale cigarette smoke everywhere, especially in rooms. No breakfast option for early (7am) departure. Room had water issues - strangely, only exceedingly hot water from all taps so couldn’t shower or brush teeth! There was nobody onsite to try and remedy the issue.

We arrived very late but we’d been given the codes for the door . Perfect stopover . Basic but comfortable.

Would have liked tea making facilities.

Very good hotel for relaxation after flight. Excellent linen an towels, warm water in the dough, good heating.

Location en route to Le Shuttle, near motorway. Able to get into room out of hours.

Smelled of smoke, mould in bathroom on ceiling.

Convenient stop over when driving between channel tunnel and the alps. Comfortable enough with a cheap breakfast and nice staff

Helpful staff at reception. Clean. Really inexpensive. Good location close to motorway.

Corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. Beds were not very comfortable, rooms very small.

Staff were polite and patient, waiting for me as they stop work at 9pm while i struggled to find the place.

Room was very small and cramped. I wanted to leave.No mention of Internet.No mention of breakfast for an additional cost. This was added on without me being asked and without me wanting breakfast.No fruit. Only cereal and sugary pastries. I paid 7 euros for breakfast which was only a cup of coffee.Next morning room light not working. No hot water. Washed my face in cold. Told staff member who did not interrupt his ongoing conversation with military personnel to help me.

Clean, good bed, welcoming and warm as it was so cold outside. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty of hot water.

The bathroom needs renovating. There was a little damp mould on the ceiling, the shower clasp was broken and the sink tap was loose.

The staff in the reception were very friendly, and the room was clean but basic - exactly what we expected for the price. We had breakfast, which was perfect - coffee, baguette and yogurt. All in all, a good stay.

On the Saturday night lots of noise and activity during the night from other guests -most unusual as first time we had experienced this after many stays at this hotel

Good value, basic but clean. peripheral location but nice to walk up the hill to the citadel which is lovely..to walk up
