Easy access to A26. Good eating options and just what is needed on a road trip. Good breakfast available in sister hotel

All as needed.It is designed for a short stop. It does the job. Do not expect more than you are paying for. Perfect really, nothing not to like

Could have been cleaner. Then again what do you expect at such a low price?

Dangerous electrics (exposed wires), blocked shower, noise, issue with late arrival.

Price and shower

Very worn out place. Party place for young people so we could not sleep well. Very good location and very friendly lady at the reception. Quite clean but old.

It's easy to find, and feels to be in a nice area, which is good as the car park is open.

The room was cold, the heater hadn't been on. We requested a ground floor room, there were only twin rooms available.I'm rather concerned there doesn't appear to be an option for a late check in, after 10PM, as we had travelled a considerable distance and our 9PM arrival could easily have been delayed.

Great location not far off A26 an ideal stopover on way back to Eurotunnel. Staff helpful, bar in Kyriad hotel next door was good and overall good value. Also a Buffalo grill 3 mins walk away.

We had four rooms next to each other on 1st floor. 7 8 9 and 10. Room 8 shower rail was missing so had to hold shower head. And the shower curtain in room 7 was hanging by a thread. But £30 a room between 2 was still great value.

Charged two times. Via booking and on the hotel premises. Messaged hotel, they just ignored my message.

Fleas or bedbugs

It was dirty, the air conditioning was broken and it was incredibly hot. But the worst thing was we woke up covered in bites. They weren't mosquito, they were on torsos covered in t-shirts. Basically either bedbugs

Great location only 2 hours from Calais and 5 minutes from the motorway.

Our room stank of cigarette smoke and was a bit noisy outside.

The lady at check was friendly and helpful.

1. **Broken Air Conditioning:** Both of the rooms we booked had non-functional air conditioning units. With temperatures reaching 33°C outside, this made our stay extremely uncomfortable.2. **Broken Shower:** In addition to the air conditioning issues, one of our rooms had a broken shower, further compounding our discomfort.

The ease of staying there. Location is great for us, hence coming back. And it fits atm with our little ones, although this is the last time it will. The pub next door is spot on for a steak.

The girl on reception on check in (première classe side) was miserable and rude. A smile wouldn’t go amiss, eye contact even! The heat in the room was stifling, fan didn’t seem to kick any airs out, made a noise but nothing came out.

It was not hygiënic and it was we’re very small rooms. Never again we will sleep here. The staff was really nice!

The price was very good

The cleaning is very poor, they are supposed to clean every day , I have spend 4 days and my room was clean up only once .no toilet paper

The room was small but well maintained and for that price it’s was very good .

The only thing I don’t not like , they was no internet in the property. They will need to improve by introducing WI FI .

Easy to find. Full of workmen so thought it would be noisy and smoky but it was surprisingly quiet. Room very basic as you’d expect for the price, but it was comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was outstanding! We could even fill our flask for the journey too. Staff were very friendly.
