Nice big rooms, super clean, Netflix and YouTube connected to the TV, convenient parking

The apartment was brilliant, clean, bright, tastefully decorated with high ceilings. Convenient walking distances to restaurants, quiet, friendly and welcoming.

The location is so convenient and close to everything. The staff are very friendly and we even met the adorable Shelton at reception. The room itself was cosy and quiet.

The only negative was that a dirty towel was left in the bathroom (hanging behind the door so likely missed by housekeeping), otherwise a fantastic stay.

After driving over 5 hours to reach the hotel with my family—myself, my partner, and our child—we were shocked to be denied check-in by the receptionist. She informed us that the apartment was in an adults-only area and that children were not allowed. This experience was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. The adults-only policy was not disclosed anywhere during the booking process, and we were denied services that we paid for based on misleading and incomplete information.

Very nicely presented, great location.

The shower screens were too short to accommodate my husband ove 6 foot, water splashed over wetting toilet and toilet paper.

Great location, parking close to our room, room very clean and very safe with lots of room. Great shower and nice bathroom. Room had all the equipment needed, though we only used the fridge/freezer.

The location is good, easy access to the main road, walking distance to McDonalds. All staff are friendly and helpful. Close to the beach. There are a few parking spaces here, some units actually have designated parking spaces, but there is no sign indicating which unit that parking space belongs to, and I am not sure if the staff has informed other residents. So some people just parked in the space that should belong to my unit. However, street parking is free. There is a Barbecue Area but I have not enough time to use this facility. Anyway, the location is very convenient and the unit is large. It would be better if the wifi can be improved. The overall experience is still good and worth recommending.

These units aren't in William st they are a couple of blocks down in Dempster St , which was fine but should be advertised as such,you can use the bbq if you want to but need to go all the way to William st to access it,this is quite ridiculous ,they are a nice unit in a quiet area with a lock up garage for your car the king size bed was great but definitely need to put a ceiling fan in the bedroom everything thing else about the unit was great having a washing machine and good cooking facilities was much appreciated

Bathroom tap was faulty The air conditioner struggled to cool both rooms in the afternoon.

Stayed for 3 nights while the parents were visiting from the UK. The apartments are very clean, a good size and great facilities. The location is very close to the beach, pubs and shops. The staff are very welcoming and the onsite guard dog keeps everyone safe after the mandatory stroke

The Motel is in a great location , only 1 block from the Esplanade and close to the shops and restaurants. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. The unit is modern, spaciius, bed is extremely comfortable and the unit is kept spotlessly clean. The staff are also very friendly and help with anything you need. Overall an awesome stay.

We stayed in one of the one-bedroom apartments in their annex property. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The apartment was better than the photos!

Manoeuvring our SUV into the garage was a bit difficult, However, there is plenty of street parking available at the front of the property.

The cleanliness of this place was exceptional. Was a nice stay, bed was comfortable, washing machine was intact. Good, close street parking for bigger cars.

In summer, when it’s hot the room will get quite hot, would be good to maybe put an aircon in the main bedroom as the one in the lounge room didn’t cool down the rest of the apartment.

Spacious , neat ,clean, good walk to shops and foreshore didn’t have to use the car
