Comfort Inn Bay Of Isles

Staff and services were great. Room was big, spacious and clean.

Have to park across the road. Not exactly ideal when we have to retrieve stuff from car

All aspects of the accommodation was great except when we were there the restaurant was closed.

The slippery bathroom tiles - very slippery when wet! The transparent anti slip mat should be placed in a more prominent position, not rolled up and placed behind towels on bathroom ledge. The transparency of the mat made it hard to spot. My husband didn't know about the mat and nearly went leg up, thankfully I found it.

Was nice location and nice and quiet.

Batteries in remote need changing

That is was so close to the beach

No kitchen in the roomsBut all good lucky I bought my esky

Room 62 was perfect with a huge bathtub.Staff were so friendly.Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious.

We had a lovely stay at Comfort Inn Bay o Isles. We really enjoyed the central location, just across from the Esperance's esplanade. It was perfect for walking. The accomodation itself was clean and had all required facilities. Overall, excellent place to stay in Esperance!

Great location, easy access, friendly staff.

The plumbing needs attention with dripping taps and serious water hammer when shower was turned on.

Convenient location

The layout, distance from vehicle bay to family rooms. Aged facilities.

Excellent location, spacious room, friendly and attentive staff

Noise from neighbouring room (interconnecting door), dated furnishings, especially bathroom

Good location, nice room. With good shower.

Cost at Easter a little high.

Location was convenient. Parking was easy.

The noise from the pool area, carried right through the whole property. The staff were rude and abrupt on the front counter.

Comfortable room with well stocked mini bar. Good car parking off road with ample space for my car. Felt very safe and secure. 2 mins walk from local bars and right on esplanade. Will stay again.

Great location, lovely food at the restaurant. Clean & comfortable room.

A large group of people were in the restaurant when we were having dinner, they were very noisy & we were seated next to them. We couldn’t have a conversation, we would have liked to be seated away from the noise to enjoy our meal

The stay was exceptional. The hotel was at the bay which gave us a great opportunity ti go around and relax to the water view. The room was cozy and the bar fridge was a life saver! The location was good . However, the area did not have much food option. But none the less the hotel and the staff were amazing!

Very comfortable room, fantastic location.

The motel was busy and there wasn't enough parking for everyone outside the rooms, but was other parking in the complex.

The room was very nice, comfy beds, really nice bathroom and shower. As good as you could hope for.

Car parking is poorly designed because of the shape of the building. Had to park around the corner and carry everything to the room.

Room was clean. Beds comfy. Location was beautiful.

Can hear when people turn showers on in nearby rooms, as a light sleeper was a start to hear screaming pipes at 5am

Very comfortable room.Comfortable bed..Restaurant food was good.5 min walk to the Pub.. meals are good there too.Lovely walk on the Esplanade in front.

Friendly staff. Facilities provided.

Early morning road noise.
