I normally stay in the self-contained two-story units. The self-contained units are excellent value as they are well maintained. This time I was only able to book a pool view motel room in the Esplanade facing building. The motel room bathroom requires urgent repairs. All taps were leaking, toilet pan, toilet holder and door hooks were all broken. It was busy and noisy with people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Someone even tried to enter my motel room in the middle of the night. My room was next to the staircase and that may have been the reason it was quite noisy.

Cooking facilities meant we could get a home cooked meal; washing facilities; real milk from reception; outdoor clothes drying facility with pegs; outside seating to have coffee; decent size fridge; could open windows for cross breeze; table and chairs for meals; close to jetty and beach walking; reception was helpful; parking good

limited cooking items, albeit sufficient for our needs; no toaster, so we had cereal; hot water system failed on last day - but that can happen anywhere

I was very happy with the check-in process, the clear directions and procedure for check out and the information of where to park and the access to the parking. The room was well appointed and had all that I needed. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will be returning here the next time I am in town.

Nothing to dislike.

The location right on the beach was lovely, the view was stunning right over the water. The water pressure and shower were great. The bed was super comfortable and everything was pristine when I arrived. The parking garage being directly under the building was appreciated.

The only way to access the rooms was via open air stairs, which may be an issue for some with heavier luggage. The rooms weren't very soundproof and you could absolutely hear people walking along the halls chatting, but it wasn't a big issue as everyone was quiet at night.

The location and staff were great. We received fresh milk rather than the long-life milk which was very nice.

The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy.The exhaust fan in the bathroom was unbelievably loud.

Location to dining and the foreshore.Comfortable beds.

The underground didn't suit my car as it's slightly lowered.

Kitchen equipment was minimal. Rubbish fry pan that could t be used on cook tops

Friendly staff on check in

Room was tidy but tired with water damage on a few trimmings in the room. Kitchen could do with a toaster otherwise very limited use for kitchen. Underground parking very tight for larger vehicles. Expected a bit more from the room for the price paid.

Pillows weren’t the comfiest but we managed.

Comfortable beds new towels nice shower. On the town can walk to pub restaurant. Great large pool and area.

Very thin walls can hear all coming and going. I could hear TV and conversations from next room. All early guests leaving. I didn’t sleep well here at all. I know this is hard to rectify. Probably ok to stay one night but we were here for four nights.

Nice and close to the jetty, which was convenient if you have kids that want to catch squid at night.Plenty of parking.Decent size fridge/freezer in the room.Comfy beds and pillows

There is not much illumination for early morning departures, especially on stairwells, which could cause accidents. Bring your headlamp.Laundry could do with another washing machine and dryer or two.Front Door was tight to close and open. Hopefully, staff can pick up on that.

It is not on the seafront but behind their other building which is on the seafront.Rooms are behind the main building and are basic - needs modernising. Beds ok laundry clean. Windows are in need of updating too as noisy and old style.

Location is excellent and reasonably priced.

Basement car park difficult to manoeuvre larger vehicles

Lovely spacious room with very well equipped kitchen :) the parking was good and staff were really helpful on check-in! Along the shorefront in Esperance, could walk along to restaurants
