For a first stay ever in Esperance, it was a really nice hotel.

the shower in the room was fantastic, one of the best showers in all the places I have stayed, the water was as hot as you like, the water pressure blasted away the tired muscles from a long drive, it really was a mans shower, very happy.

there wasnt a lot not to like, the pillows were a bit flat for my sleeping comfort, but all in all the location makes up for any issues I had with the pillows, I intend staying there again purely because of the showers and the location, i will just bring my own pillow.

Spacious and comfortable , good location , 3rd time stay here this year .

My room ( 30 ) didnt have a smart tv in the room it was an outdated TCL brand analogue tv , over $200 per night for accomadstion , you do expect a smart tv in the room .

Walls are a bit thin but there is not much they can do about that. It’s annoying only when the neighbours are very noisy.

The standard queen room has been renovated with new carpet, tiles and bench tops. The water pressure in the shower was impressive :)A large room for a motel with a microwave, toaster, kettle and a smart TV were a great addition.

I really loved that the hotel could put my wife's surprise flowers in the room AND that they left us a box of chocolates too, as my wife and I were there for our wedding anniversary. Such great service and totally unexpected, Thank you!

Nice clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Very reasonably priced. Great laundry facilities. They kindly are posting some clothes I accidentally left. Wonderful staff.

Bathroom bit outdated but was still very clean.

Great location . Easy flat walk into town. We stayed in a room at the back of the property so it was nice & quiet.

Room was dark & dated. Shower dripping constantly.Had to wash any used dishes in the bathroom sink

There's a small place to cook dinner. All utensils clean. The shower was nice and warm.

Carpets seemed a bit old and ick. No paper slippers provided.

Neat, tidy, cosy and quiet. The staff were really nice too. I also made use of the laundry facilities.

Housekeeping only applies if you stay for more than 5 days, we stayed 4. No smart TV and very low WiFi data restrictions.

Thanks Sharon for your help. We checked out from our terrible airbnb with terrible host. Our holiday was saved. Its actually nicer then photos. Clean and kitchen is great if u miss to cook your own meal.

Good location for the town, everything is close by.Very busy hotel, while we were at check in a couple walked in to try to stay but hotel was full!Book online as soon as you can!

Nothing springs to mind

Definitely recommend this motel. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed (microwave, kettle etc). I really liked the shower, even changing the pressure to a waterfall like setting! Although it did get extremely hot at times. Wasn’t a big issue as it was expected, but the furniture was a bit outdated. We still really enjoyed the spacious room and the shower!!!

The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful and the housekeepers were nice too. The room was simple and a bit dated but it was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfy.

Kitchen cups wasn’t clean so we have to use disposable cups . Some of the pillows and bed sheet were stained lots of dust near the couch area
