Fantastic staff

Only location as it is at the Esplanade.

It is supposed to be a Hotel as the price is AUD364. However, the room has nothing to say its a hotel...not even coffee or tea provided. Not even drinking water.You can hear the neighbour's clearly in the night and we couldn't sleep till 3am as they were noisy. The rooms are renovated but you can see it's age in the lavatory.The breakfast is very basic BEWARE

Bed wheels were moving so bed was moving too. Mattress was very ild and must be replaced

Location is great. Our room is spacious. Parking is literally just right in front of our room making it convenient and easily accessible.

Breakfast was meh. It was also a bit confusing at first where we were allowed to park when we checked in.

Uncomfortable beds, mould behind the sink, fluctuating water heat, no curtains and bright outside lights, disappointing bare minimum continental breakfast.

Comfortable beds. Continental breakfast included. Daily service. Complementary washing machines and dryers

Room and bathroom were extremely dated, but adequately clean.Bug spray was left in the closet. (not a good sign)

The location is the highlight of the property

I expected more of the view but because the Motel only has 2 floors you don’t get to see much. Any noise on the street wakes you up also. Would’ve been better to get just a regular room

Clean, fresh room and great being able to park right next to the room so not far to cart luggage

Check-in was a bit hectic with one receptionist to take room service bookings & incoming calls alongside arrivals but it didn't help that there was a very demanding carload of other guests who felt that they should be prioritised even before other guests. I had an early start (6:30am flight out) so it would have been great to have a few continental breakfast items (cereal & juice maybe) available in the room due to the restaurant not being open, if already included in the room rate

Dated decor, TV had Netflix but WiFi was too slow for it to even load, intermittent shower pressure, thin walls

the location was excellent. A good view of the ocean and centrally located in the main CBD. The staff was very friendly.

Carpets in both rooms were too dirty, and furniture needs an upgrade. e.g. Glass shower doors can replace the old-fashioned shower curtains. Continental breakfast was too basic and the staff seemed overwhelmed so much that it would take too much time for them to replace milk, hot water, fruit salad etc when they finished.

Comfortable stay, free laundry and breakfast.

Lack of Vegan options for breakfast.

Main issue is the bathrooms are side by side with the next room. Listening to someone’s shower at 11pm is not ideal. Wall are thin. Place is dated especially the bathrooms

Location was great. Rooms were clean and tidy with good size, beds and pillow comfy. Hot showers. Rooms had a fridge, table and chairs, large TV.Aircon control was odd but worked perfectly. Pool was outside of season so was closed and can't comment.Car park and grounds were well kept, was quiet at night.tea and coffee making facilities in room and a toaster.Lots of cars in car park but no struggle to get a space and no problem getting a table at breakfast

Only one hand towel for a family of 3 but 3 bath towels.Definitely a motel, not a hotel so there are no lifts available for the rooms on the upper floor which can be heavy to lug a case up.Breakfast as others have commented is very basic.Toast, cereal, yogurt and tinned fruit with some cheese and ham. Fruit juice and tea& coffee available.No fresh fruit or croissants etc which would have been appreciated. Could buy a hot breakfast though but not sure on prices as the menus weren't presented to us so we didn't realise until we could smell it as we were leavingBreakfast is only between 7&9am

The property had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Only criticism I would have is the ground floor ocean view has cars parked right outside the window, cutting off the view.

Great location. Walking distance to town.Esperance is an awesome holiday destination with spectacular beaches.

Noisy neighbour (slamming doors and chatting 2am in morning on phone), but that's not something the hotel could do anything about.
