RAC Esperance Holiday Park

We like everything about the apartament :)

A little disappointed with the staff, we couldn’t contact anyone, our emails and calls were not answered on the day of our arrival and we had to really rush to make it to the check in on time cause we weren’t sure if the keys will be waiting for us.

An amazing place to stop and explore the beauty of Esperance. Our cabin had a great view of the beach opposite and was modern and clean. We are not usually caravan park people but this place changed our minds. We will be back

All RAC facalitys are great.Always clean, no rubbish and the grounds are always neat and tidy.

Great facilities, convenient location, wonderful service. Everything went great! The only one big downside was the arrogant attitude and unprofessionalism by one of the reception staff (younger lady with dark curly hair). While all staff and management were amazing, this one lady was just so unpleasant to deal with about literally anything. We observed this behavior with other guests who were there at the same time too which made us really sad. As frequent travelers who deal with hospitality staff on a daily basis we really believe that anyone who doesn’t want to do this job shouldn’t do this job. Hospitality is a specific industry where if you don’t have or want to show basic manners to your guests, you’d be better off changing your job. With that said, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the kindness of all other people we met and our whole stay! Thank you all :)

Clean modern & great facilities..

More than one bath towel each would be nice..

The location was great, right near the beach and quick access to the town centre for everything you need.One bedroom unit was the perfect size, the living area had everything you need. Great having clothes line outside and easy parking at your doorstep. We found it to be quiet and relaxing.

The bathroom door needs adjustment and the shower has mould that needs removing.

Fabulous location. Value for money. Very clean. Great facilities. Well maintained gardens. Whole park set out well. Pool was great!

Awesome park with excellent amenities and very kind, helpful and professional staff. The location is perfect to visit beaches around Esperance which are truly stunning and amazing.

Would prefer a blockout curtain in the bedroom to facilitate a sleeping while on holiday. The blind still let’s in sunlight that woke us up - especially as we were trying to adjust to time changes while travelling

The accommodation was just spectacular. Simple but extraordinary, My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom studio. It was spacious comfortable, quiet and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the RAC so much that we altered future accommodations whenever a RAC was available. It was our first stay in a RAC and it certainly will not be our last.

If someone could complain about a stay in this RAC I feel sorry for them!

Great location and the Studio room we had was new and excellent. Very clean park and very friendly. Enjoyed our stay a lot and would stay there again.

Nothing really. The bedroom door was squeaky but nothing major.

Updated villas with beach views and high end appliances. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to all our needs. short walk or drive into town. very well maintained park

Nothing, it was perfect

I loved the resort ,just across from the beach with great views ,very clean , comfortable and modern it’s a beautiful area to stay with outstanding beaches ,,,

No gift shop on resort a small shop at reception with some snacks and toiletries , I feel they are missing out on a huge opportunity ,

I liked designated parking space. I felt safe in area. The apartment was comfortable.

The main bedroom blinds if they could reduce the amount of light that filters in it would be better.
