Real comfy bed, great location and friendly staff. I got an upgrade to a larger room... that was a bonus :)

No issues at all

Beautiful ground floor room which had a sliding door to an outside area near the pool. One king bed, one large single bed and one trundler bed. Small fridge and jug. Large tv. Nice bathroom. Very clean and it was a large room.

The bathroom shower had a tiled raised edging around it which we kicked our toes on each time entering the bathroom. Not sure how that would be solved. Bathroom was otherwise very clean and nice and the shower had great pressure.

Got upgraded to a suite, was really nice, roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was really nice and really well equipped, super happy to find a toothbrush and toothpaste even!!

Got locked out of the back entrance in the morning as card wouldn't work and had to walk around, let the front desk know.Some of the plastering in the halls needs sorting out - lets the place down a bit as it's a really nice place Breakfast was priced on the booking page but wasn't super clear as I thought it was included , my bad but I just didn't read it properly, could be clearer perhaps

Proximity to activities we want to do. Being able to eat at the hotel. The buffet was magnificent. The free round deal with New Plymouth Golf Club.

Disappointed with stay

Parking was a nightmare. Dragging luggage down the road when they advertise on site parking. Limited on site parking results in on street parking.

Lovely and clean, friendly polite service. Especially Tara working at the bar, she is awesome

I noticed the tiles on the pool are falling off.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, we also had the buffet dinner and breakfast for both mornings and the food was delicious. Free bike hire aswell which we took advantage of lots to see in New Plymouth

car parking was a bit of a pain

Loved everything. Great value for money for the services you get. Free onsite and street parking, central location, very well decorated hotel. Room had everything I needed.They also do late night kitchen service which is a huge plus. Amazing water pressure in showers!

My only gripe would be the AC unit. It was a great AC unit that cooled the room quickly with full functionality. The only issue was that it seemed to be overdue for a service. When I turned it on, I was getting coughing fits from it so perhaps needed a bit of a clean.

Very good location wise.. the amenities were good too. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Everything you need in one place which is a huge plus..

The room where we stayed didnt have access to elevator. The bathroom has black stains at the sides. Im not sure if it was moulds or just paint coming off-didnt really want to check.

Good hotel, friendly staff and excellent facilities- we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool/spa, and the complimentary bicycles and laundry

Central location, yet quiet. It was within easy walking distance to beach, coastal walkway, cafes, art gallery etc. Convenient, safe on-site free car parking was provided.

Bedside light only provided on one side of bed, not both. Bathroom a little short on counter top space.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the bed were comfy

No vegetarian option offered at the cooked breakfst

Lovely bar and food

Parking was a little difficult in the afternoon and evenings because of the restaurant, but there was always a park within a block.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. The pool was very nice and lounging areas were very comfortable, we liked that there were a lot of places outside to sit down and relax.

Rooms clean, comfortable and large - swimming pool warm, nice seating areas throughout.

Manager didn’t come to room when we called reception about young kids continuing to knock on our door throughout the night.

Lovely big beds - nice sized room - access to walkways and town - great on-site amenities - thought you were very reasonably priced

It was very big, comfortable and nice. The bathroom was good as well. There wasn't any noise, it was silent, so we could relax.

The bad was uncomfortable, it was too soft.

Good location and great facilities. Free bike hire was excellent
