Great staff and chance to meet friendly backpackers.In the middle of town close to coastal walkway. Plenty of parking (free overnight and weekends so using car during day we incurred no parking fees). Air conditioning in room fantastic during hot nights

With bars underneath, Saturday night was noisy BUT WERE ADVISED OF THIS so no complaints.

Good location, close to city center, staff helpful and kind

The room was very very old and all carpets very dirty, plenty of dust and hairs all over the sheets, bathroom needs a restyling and the shower too.

Staff was amazing, really welcoming and helpful. Thanks to her again!

Will as nice as the property is and the people are very good in the place was clean The bed that I slept in the support system was really saggy so it needs to be updated or replaced.

Great location right in downtown, by the water and plenty of restaurants.

Kitchen is a bit small for the number of people.

Shared bathroom with the next is great however it’s awkward if others forget to unlock the door.

Room was quite dated and worn, kitchen was small, parking was not the most convenient due to its central location.

Liked the location, although in a sketchier neighbourhood. A few homeless or loiterers nearby but no issues Staff were friendly and hospitable Facilities were not the cleanest but did the job. Kitchen and toilets were not very clean and often crowded and lights from streets shone through the blinds

Met loads of cool people here, much better hostel than expected. Good bathroom and relaxed kitchen. Nice owner as well!

WiFi hardly ever worked. Towels were provided but debatable whether clean or not. Karaoke next door was fun. Kitchen utensils were helpful.

Great option for cheap accommodation in the city center.It is loud from the bar below on weekends, but the hostel made this clear on booking so we expected that and brought earplugs.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. The private family room had what we needed and the beds were comfortable.

A bit dated with a friendly vibe.

They are upfront with how the accomodation is equipped, that it is quiet a bit older. Also, they informed me in a seperate mail, that it can be louder from thu-sat due to restaurants nearby. Being very upfront and i like that. Everyone was friendly and helpful, thanks for creating that vibe!

The staff were super friendly and the hostel was in a great location. The room we stayed in was very spacious. They also had a kitchen which we didn’t use but looked to have great amenities. It was also really noisy on the Saturday night because of a Karaoke bar next door but the hostel sent out emails in advance which was great. We had earplugs because of their for-warning and we were able to sleep through the singing. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness in letting us know in advance.

It was a bit unclean in points. There was quite a lot of mould on the back of our shower curtain and a few stains on the bedroom carpet. The sink tap was also leaking quite a bit. If there was a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning and the room decour was updated a bit, it would make the stay a lot more comfortable.
