Staff were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Especially the hardworking man of Eastern European descent he was very warm and friendly and helped to make our stay very enjoyable

Option for more milk than the tiny thimbles that are provided as they are not sufficient for more than one cup of tea.

It was roomy and had everything we needed

It had no view but that wasn’t really a big problem. Parking was a little expensive.

The location is fantastic, being in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The room was spacious and really well equipped. Everything was spotless, and the wifi was great. The staff were friendly, and they were able to accommodate my room requests and confirm them straight away. The spa bath was fantastic.

We found no negative aspects to this room or hotel. Absolutely nothing diminished our enjoyment of the room or experience. Was on point like all Quest apartments.

The room was lovely, warm, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well prepared, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff were also very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.What touched me the most was that I accidentally left my charging cable at the hotel after check-out. Although we offered to pay for the postage, the staff kindly mailed it back to Auckland for free. I truly appreciate their kindness and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great location and great staff. Checkin was easy and parking was available. Reasonable food nearby, shopping centre over the road (which we didn't use) and view of the beach. We had a pidgeon pair set of rooms - 2 rooms split from a common entryway which become a reasonable size apartment when joined. Beds were good. Aircon in all rooms. Bathrooms were spacious and useful.

No complaints. All good.

I had pre booked parking and it was so amazing to see my name on a carpark even before i had checked in. room was clean and tidy just what we were after

only complaint was i am 7 months pregnant and the lift was out on sunday, and the stairs to our room was very difficult for me to walk up. but I know this cannot be helped as things break down.

Right by shops in cbd. Well designed building with wide corridors, appts with high ceilings, carparking attached. Great Russian guy at reception. One of the best Quests we have stayed in.

Near, clean, air con as it was hot, new….

Was too noisy single glazed windows near street, and street lights and light under curtains made it hard to sleep. I’m a light sleeper and like it dark - so you might not of had people mention it.

Central, comfortable, modern, quiet, multiple tvs, can order continental breakfast.

Windows are more skylights so no view. Couldn't work a/c in bedroom. Besides breakfast, not much of a menu but it is across the road to several cafes.

Very spacious room. Friendly staff. Washing machine & dryer within the unit. Full size fridge. Dishwasher washer. Would definitely stay again.

We were in a two bedroom apartment but there was no door stop to keep the connecting doors open. We had stayed there earlier in the week and the rooms we had then had door stops.
