Restaurant menu was not very family friendly . We did find other menu options in the book in our room but that was only after we'd been and we weren't offered these in the restaurant

Location and price

Yes!! The curtains were mouldy. The hotel charged $50 per night for our small dog. That would be OK if they deep cleaned the rooms after previous dogs, but they didnt as our dog picked up at least 6 fleas while there. Not good!!

Loved the heated pool !! Large rooms, good bed

Poor sound insulation. We had the rooms closest to the road, and we could hear the morning traffic as soon as it started, just as if the windows had been open (though they were closed - I had to get up and check)

Great location. Warm and welcoming staff. Generous sized room and great value for money. Could not fault our stay. Highly recommend.

We had an additional bed in our room which wasn't super comfy

The customer service was fantastic. A big shout out to Nimantka in the restaurant who was amazing - very thoughtful and went out of his way to make it a great experience. Also the Seafood Chowder is the best I have had for a very long time!

I liked the room. Straight off the lift , the hotel was good . CleanWill definitely choose Plymouth International again

It was good having a spa and the pool there.The staff are excellent at dealing with .

At part, it sounded like a spa bath going for hours upstairs.But when we asked, there was no spa bath above as.

Nice size rooms and modern facilities.

TV and internet didn't work. Staff were very good in trying to remedy, but non functioning tv and internet isn't something we had encountered before. We were offered some compensation, but it wasn't adequate for the inconvenience. Again staff did their best, but the absence of these facilities should have been signalled earlier.

The friendliest staff took time out of their day to give my daughter lots of attention cleaners and front of house!

Being close to the CBD for outings

Nothing everything was well maintained amd looked after cheers team definitely will stay again later in the year ❤️❤️

No assigned parking (at least for those rooms on the ground floor). Realised too late there was an old blood stain on one of the pillow cases. Staff over the phone was very patronising and the other 1 thinks they’re the only 1 that was working at the time of phone call. The staff on check in was quite lovely.

Lovely staff. Rooms were comfy and quiet. Kids loved the pool and spa pool. Great value would highly recommend this property

Centrally located, easy to find! Suite was very spacious and balcony view to sea was amazing! Food in restaurant was exceptional!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, friendly, helpful staff, the service was amazing, restaurant food exceptional and the swimming pool/spa, great location.

The bathroom is a little small but still clean, plenty of towels, etc.
