- Good location, room is very clean and comfortable beds.
Cons -
- Only suggestion would be, is perhaps supplying floor standing electric fans for the bedrooms. Nothing much...just for added comfort. Thank you.
- Nothing to mention.
- Other guests taking car parks but no fault to the staff.

Other guests taking car parks but no fault to the staff.
Value for money, ideal location if going to the bowl of brookland for a concert, property is clean and tidy and the owners are very nice
Location and facilities were good.
The WIFI was not connecting and really slow may be we were right at the far back unit...our parking for room 15 was taken and had to park behind gym amd move 2 times..please allocate numbers to carparks so we can have the right to tell people to move...otherwise good stay.
Have stayed before. It is always clean, easy, comfortable. Has what you need, is big enough and convenient for me.
Nothing, really.
Spacious clean and close to many things
The tv very hard to work
Great location clean comfortable and friendly service. Will definitely come back again.
Super clean, our family apartment was spacious and modern.
My studio room was a great size, with sliding door to back private area. The cleanliness of my room was 100%. The go over and beyond any motel I have stayed in with the extras in the room being salt & pepper, sharp knives, cooking utensils, gladwrap and more. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows and linen was fresh. I would stay there again when back in New Plymouth. Only a short 15-minute walk to the Bowl of Brooklands, basically just over the racetrack. Thank you for a very enjoyable 2 days stay.
There was nothing to complain about. I have told freiends and family about this motel. Excellent
Nice spacious room & clean!Facilities good & great location with walking distance to local shops & Pukerura Park which is nice to walk around! Staff at reception very helpful !
Comfortable and clean, close to everything we wanted to see, friendly staff.
You could hear people walking around upstairs. Verandah area wasn’t very private if you wanted to sit outside.
It was reasonably central. The bed was very comfy.
There could have been more dinnerware ie we had fruit to eat however there was no large bowl to put it in.Also specifi skirt/ trousers coat hangers would be useful..
Clean Fresh comfortable bed
Handy location, clean rooms, friendly staff.
Quite strong cleaning product smell on arrival, took a while to clear.
Unit was clean and tidy , Would stay again
There was no 50 satellite channels as was stated in the booking app.
Awesome motel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom..Very spacious, clean, tidy & modern facilities... Great location. Highly recommend staying here
Liked everything
Clean comfortable close to everything. Perfect for visiting light festival.
No lock on toilet door. Parking can be tight. Not numbered for some units. But not really a problem.
