The location was perfect walking distance to downtown and stores we needed during our stay

The fact that you tried to charge my credit card before I got there and when I got there the price was actually 60$ more than what I had booked. Not happy at all. Never using your site again. Hotel said they never have rooms that cheap. Scam

Street sign could be clearer that entra ce around d the corner. Really a minor detail.

Friendly helpful managers. Great central location. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoy to cook and there was everything I needed for breakfast and dinner prep.Some people have complained about road noise but I really didn't notice that and had a good sleep every night. The building is made of concrete slab and has great room insulation. I could not hear the neighbour's TV like many other Motels I have stayed.

Staff were really friendly, the place was spotlessly clean.Bed was really comfy with extra pillows if required.Even provided fresh milk for you tea rather than uht!!

The owners are welcoming upon arrival. They were accommodating to our needs. They engage in conversation which was nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, it had everything to meet our needs, the bed was soft, the shower had good water pressure and room to move around.The location was great for our stay, close to our venue, grocery stores & restaurants.We highly recommend Landmark Manor.

Being in an end room close to a busy rd, it can be noisy if you want the window open for cool fresh air at night.

All the lights come on /off at once meaning either you were in the dark or blaring light!! Large Bed was pretty soft

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great facilities and location

Very comfortable bed and handy location to supermarkets and town. Dirty dishes taken away each day and replaced with clean was good considering there was no kitchen sink. No one wants to wash dishes in a hand basin!

The hand basin in the kitchen was strange with no kitchen sink.

Conveniently located near parks and town centres

On the second night, no milk was provided. Upon enquiry, I was informed that it is their policy not to provide milk for consecutive stays, and staff advised me to purchase it from a nearby shop. This was the first time I had been faced with such a situation whilst staying at accommodation in New Zealand, and I was quite taken surprise.With windows only on the entrance side, air circulation was poor, and the room became stiflingly hot in the evening sun.

The motel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of major attractions. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, the beds are very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

Spacious room and well equipped. Very friendly host with good advice about the local area. Near the center of town and walkable.

The location was fantastic close to town close to the beach and the staff were fantastic helpful polite couldn’t do enough for you

Clean and well equipped unit. Comfy beds and shower with good pressure. The staff member who greeted us was super helpful and gave us really good tips. The location was awesome for visiting to see the LIghts as we were within walking distance of the park but also walking distance of town. 3 supermarkets across the road to choose from.

I'm sorry I didn't ask the host her name as she was absolutely lovely. So helpful and informative. The unit was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this place. It was awesome.
