Coronation Court Motel

Travelling for work everything I needed the owner upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment, totally unexpected.

Super friendly staff and handy location

Below par plumbing, pipes were rattling in the walls etc

The bed, the sheets, the towels, the space. As good as any motel.Our unit (no 14) had two full bathrooms, an extra bed, kitchen and plenty of space.

The motel itself has seen better days. It is tired and in need of rejuvenation. However, it is priced suitably and if you are in for only one or two nights and can deal with average, it's fine.It's not luxurious but it is fully functional.Its appearance masks its better components (above).

Convenient location next to the park ans concert venue. Nice staff, spacious rooms. Very good value.

It‘s pretty old and worn. Still ok, but a good clean and revamp would help a lot.

Nice friendly welcome which was much appreciated as I was tired and a bit unsure and travelling by myself. I liked how light, bright and clean the rooms were. Free wifi. Plenty of hot water. The shower was great. I loved the towels!Good cellphone reception. Easy access to town. A dairy, bakery and several food shops just over the road.

We stayed in 2 bdm apartment which was a good size, shower was ok and the beds were comfortable enough

This is a very tired property, the bathroom especially needs a renovation, oven wouldn't close and hadn't been cleaned properly. Although the area is quiet, the walls are thin so can hear the neighbors.

Close to the bowl for UB40 concert. Wonderful having two seperate bathrooms for three of us which made it very comfortable. Lovely clean rooms and friendly staff.

Clean and convenient for purpose. pleasant and happy staff.Ample parking.

Kitchen and bathroom facilities are tired and in need of upgrading.Built in the 70's I'm guessing and it shows it.Whilst it was clean and bright enough, the entire room would benefit from renovating.Upgrade the TV and put on the wall, upgrade hob and microwave. I was there to carry out a job for family, I wouldn't stay there if I needed to use the kitchen facilities, well below standard.

The place was simply wonderful!The front desk manager was amazing and upgraded us to a better room without us even asking :)He took care of everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette in the room were very clean!The motel is located right in the city center, just a short drive from everything.We enjoyed the service and will definitely come back next time we’re here!Highly recommended.

Was not very clean. The kitchen & bathroom floors and inside cupboards needed a good clean . Shower was really clean but no fan everything got very damp. No fire alarm.outside grounds need good tidy

Its location was great, bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It was very run down and the decor very dated.

This was a downstairs unit in the two storey block. The unit had beds for three, and a generous sized kitchen area adjacent to the lounge/sleeping area. The bathroom had a shower with plenty of hot water. The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I think that there is a shop or two across the road which may include a dairy (did not check this out), otherwise it is an 8 minute drive into the central city to access supermarkets or restaurants. Although situated on the main road south, the property is set back enough to reduce traffic noise so that it is not much of a disturbance.

The units are looking rather dated and in need of a spruce up. The two storey block is of concrete block construction, which tends to conduct all the noises and plumbing sounds from the other units, and my sleep was disturbed by a couple of early rising guests who chose not to be considerate of others. Other than that, the units represent a fair deal for a business traveller who needs a convenient and comfortable stopover.

The linen was lovely and fresh, and the beds were very well made. The showers were the best feature. Very good location close to parks and town.

Looks like a very well used Motel, so was not expecting a flawless and spectacular setting but they were very well maintained nonetheless. No bad review as they were good value for money.

The bed was actually comfortable

the door to the upstairs rooms was behind the building; this wasn't pointed out. the carpet in the stairwell and hall way was dirty and stained. Although the room was cleaned it felt old and worn out. There was a little balcony than had a pot that was full of cigarette butts and with the rain were all floating. was grossOur 2nd night we stayed at a hotel and for exactly the same price and was a much better experience.
