The bed was a bit old and we rolled into the middle but not uncomfortable

Location was great, price was affordable, it was lovely and clean, helpful staff.

Only things that could have been improved was Netflix working (I could have gone and asked for it to be fixed but we weren't to bothered so I didn't) and to have soap for the shower and the vanity rather than just one between the two, other than that it was great.

Staff were friendly enough. Location is good if you want to be right in the middle of town for convenience.

Photos must be outdated as didn’t look the same, we arrived at the property and immediately wanted to leave but we had already paid. Beds were very uncomfortable (mattress and pillows must be quite old as the bed just sinks as soon as you sit on it and we’re not big people at all) we had no sleep all night which isn’t great when you’re travelling a lot. Shower pressure was very weak, could barely wash ourselves.

The location was very good. Close to the city, very close to 3 different supermarkets and Pukekura Park, and everything else I wanted to be near. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times, and very relaxed. I would definitely stay there again, without hesitation.

I didnt have a single issue with anything during my stay, which was for 19 nights and clearly a very long time.

Our wedding party stayed here the night before! It was cozy, comfortable and the perfect place to get ready before the wedding. The owner even took time to come down stairs and meet me and gift us a little wedding present. We were so grateful. He is absolutely lovely! Thank you so much for making us feel at home and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, central to everything - takeaway food outlets , cafes, supermarkets. Easy walk to coastal walkway. Clean and tidy rooms. Plenty of space. All amenities. Overall great time!

Room was okay. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Only had one pillow each on the bed. Shower pressure wasn't the best. Was okay for 1x night, but not the best value for money.

Close walking distance to supermarkets, service stations, takeaway outlets and main cbd. Complex very clean and tidy. Also easy walk to the great coastal walk.

On a main road which is one direction only. Traffic noise during daylight hours but quietens down at night. Be patient when exiting complex to join traffic flow during peak times.

It was a bit outdated but that did not matter because everything was cleaned spotless!

Great location. 5 mins walk to main street. 2 major supermarket are just cross road. Unit we stayed is very clean & spacious. Friendly staff too

The only downside is it located by main road which has heaps of traffic pass most time. Especially early morning like 05:30 & after.Due to no windows are not double glazed. We didn't sleep well in some nights.
