King and Queen Hotel Suites

I was upgraded to the Anniversary room. What a treat. It has a deep bath, large comfortable bed. Two leather chairs and a great desk for work. Quality bath products. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Thanks Rodrigo.

The check in process often sets the scene for how your stay may be at a specific location, our check in process was exceptional. We had not booked parking (something to check if you are planning a stay here) - no challenge though as Janine at the front desk sorted us out. Once parked and unpacked we did the normal check in thing and just as we were about to head to our room Janine also told us about the TSB Festival of Lights happening in New Plymouth. Having only been to New Plymouth once before is awesome to get some local details about what is happening while staying in the town. Check in sorted and already its awesome. The room we had was on the third floor which is great as it had a sea view. Room had everything we needed. The bed was a king, which is awesome although more important it was comfortable and aided in a great nights sleep. Block out curtains in the room worked exceptionally well too, nice to get a little shut eye past 6am in the peak of summer. Thank you Janine and the whole team, a memorable stay and we will return when visiting New Plymouth again.

In the heart of New Plymouth and opposite the Art Gallery, we could walk to restaurants, cafes and the ocean boardwalk. An undercover car park was allocated to us. The Manager was super friendly and helpful.

There was nothing missing.

Daniel and the staff were exceptional. Our room was delightful. Absolutely loved the furniture and art. The room service was fantastic and the bed and bedding very comfortable.

It was beautifully apppointed and so very comfortable. Close to the Len Lye Art Gallery and main street.across the entranceway was courtyard that had a bakery, restaurant, bars and seating - a lovely spot

Upon entry to reception there was a beautiful scent & the staff were fab, the room was great & the shower was amazing after a long day of travelling

Only negative was no lifts that I could see, so stairs with luggage is never ideal

The location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the city with easy access to cafes, bars, and the waterfront. The suite was spacious, stylish, and super clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming, made us feel right at home. Loved the little personal touches like the welcome note and complimentary coffee pods.

Parking should’ve been included – $30 per night for secure parking felt a bit overpriced.

Great location in a great hospitality precinct, with restaurants, bars and cafes. Rooms were very comfortable with a arty vibe. Staff were superb.

Lower floors can be noisy as it’s street level.

I liked the bath

I didn't like that it had no coffee sachets , I couldn't work the coffee machine and it just needs some self serve coffee sachets
