New Plymouth TOP 10 Holiday Park

How everything was at arms reach, the service the on coming facilities needed, the location was also walking distance to some shops as well. Clean area.

Maybe the bed was a tad uncomfortable. Not sure what it was but it was not like hard to sleep on we slept ok just the next morning had a sore back.

Location was great

The bunk bed were far to short, the shower was crap

no breakfast supplied it is self cateringpool very handy due to hot weather but not big and no shade from heat

Need fans or air conditioners in bedrooms and better layout could make rooms more usable and comfortable

Quiet & out of the city environment so peaceful.

Room was full of flies & and a large ant trail. Had to buy fly spray to eliminate them. Had to make own beds on arrival with linen provided. Lack of crockery to even make a salad for the family. Curtains didn't eliminate daylight. Room so hot with no effective way of cooling it down.

The units were nice and clean and the grounds kept well. A small cute campground that was not over crowded. The pool was small but heated and the kids had fun in it.

It was a bit far away from the beach, waterfront and town.

Simple family cabin. Bit dated but clean and had everything you could need for a family. Bathrooms and showers were close and clean. Great activities for the kids (pool, playground, bikes)

It was a last minute decision to stay. Comfortable stay, comfortable room.

I didn't get a chance to get a room with a bathroom

Nicely fitted out cabin.

No aircon or fan, full sunshine on the glass front, unbearably hot. Nowhere to sit outside because there's just your parking space.

Affordable and friendly, great little cabin for the family. Loved the playground, pool and spa.

The lay-out was more cramped than I expected, but that is more to do with my expectations than what the facility delivered. The staff were amazing and available at all hours. We had a great stay, thank you.

A few more towel racks in the bathroom would be great - a room that sleeps 4, with only 1 towel rack isn't brilliant.

My whanau enjoyed the area, loved the playground and pool. Thank you.

I should have booked for the whole weekend.

Good facilities, comfortable beds, very clean, friendly staff and great location

Sufficient space

Would appreciate room service everyday for those who stay more than 1 day or notify them in advance that they need to put a request if room service needed. Also, handwash, tissue box and shampoo sachets should be essential in any basic stay for more than 1 day stay

This park was the cleanest park i think i have ever seen and i have stayed in many. Kitchen exceptional. Rooms and bathrooms well designed and clean. Helpful staff

I am a member of top 10 and booked through bookings.com so no discount so next time will go direct to the top 10 park . Otherwise very good park

There was a barth room in the flat.

No sport channel on tv.If the people in the other flat oppen the water or flash the toilet your can hear it running.

Ease of access.Staff were very friendly and hospitable. The amenities were cleanAnd the location made it easy to get to Fitzroy beach and into the city of New Plymouth.

It was perfect walking distance to a very nice pub the sporty bar and we were able to watch the all blacks

Next time we will get a bigger room as the bathroom was a little like a tiny home bathroom lol very very small, and that didn’t really sit well with my partner lol but the room was clean and the bed with comfortable.

The size of the room was good

The heater was too small for the space and didn’t heat room adequately and was very noisey. Beds were very uncomfortable. Blankets were not adequate for winter weather. Parking spaces need repainting as caused lots of issues with bad parking by other rooms.

The walk to and from our cabin was tricky with the different levels on pathway and driveway with lighting being limited.
