- Great location, friendly staff - worked out well for us. So close to the CBD and yet still quiet and relaxing.

Location was central to the city for walking. Staff have me a map and pointed out places I might be interested in.
the cleanliness of the place and its accessibility and friendly staff
Great location, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Hideous weather so a good motel really mattered!
The location was well situated in the town and walking distance to restaurants and the coastal walkway.
Clean and tidy, great location and really nice and welcoming owner

Friendly staff. Fantastic location. Lovely and clean.

Excellent location, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The bed was firm - for those who like a firm bed, all good, for us it was too hard. A bit like goldilocks!
Location was perfect and it was so clean. Staff were friendly as.
Nothing was perfect
Great location. Walking distance to sea, walks, restaurants and cafes, galleries etc.Quiet room.
Mattress a bit too firm casing body aches.
I liked the location, as it was very central and convenient. I also appreciated that the room was clean and tidy
The room was far too small and compact for the price we were paying. There was barely any space to move around, and it felt very cramped and uncomfortable. Although checkout was discussed to be at 11:00 am, we were repeatedly rushed from around 10:00 am onwards. Staff showed up at the room asking us to leave immediately and were extremely rude in the way this was handled.
Property is neat. Private-ish back yard with seating nice conditioned grass areas private parking
I liked it all
Closer to amenities and venue where I had to go for work.
Could have been better with some movie channels available but it was good to have the sports channels available.
The location was well situated in the town and walking distance to restaurants and the coastal walkway.
