Good location; close to bus & shops. lovely hot shower with no temperature fluctuations. Please to see they had taken on board my recommendations from my last stay of cleaning away cobwebs & replacing old & ripped net curtains.

I wasn't happy when I woke up in the middle of the night to a cockroach crawling across the wall! They need to get in pest control. There was also no roach killer/fly spray. Very hard to get back to sleep after that!

Clean. Short walk to town.

One of the two rooms was a good size for two people.

One of the two rooms we rented was very small. It was difficult to accommodate two people.

Shower was good. Parking was good. Central location behind the RSA club, easy to navigate to.

Room #6 was tiny, in all of our travels this is the smallest room we've stayed in. Our bed was jammed into the corner of the room i.e. access to one side of the bed. The bedhead was up against the window and there was a cold draught. The covers could not be pulled up far enough to reduce the cold without uncovering our feet. The room couldn't accommodate our modest suitcases. One bag had to block the entry door which is clearly a safety issue. BYO your own coathangers to use the hooks in the room. This room was really only suitable for one person.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location near town center yet quiet

Tight off street parking

Large comfortable unit with a good bed and a separate sitting area. Good spaces for reading or working. Good kitchen with hob and microwave. Sunny unit (although not all are). Easy walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet street a little back from the main road.

Single glazed so a bit chilly. Heat pump in the main area but no heating in the bathroom. One of the electric blankets did not work. Minor irritations like low battery in the heat pump remote and a slightly dodgy toilet cistern that didn't stop filling properly.

Very clean, simple room. Warm and cosy with a heat pump, and electric blanket. Great shower. Quiet and away from the main road.

The unit appeared clean enough, except for cobwebs on windows; & ceiling skylights need a deep clean.Quite dated which was to be expected for the price.Ripped net curtains could be replaced as they are not very costly.

Clean, comfortable accommodation with everything necessary for a short stay Large TV with easily accessible closed captions for us oldies.

Polite young man showed us to our room. As retired moteliers we used to enjoy interacting with our guests but there was no opportunity to chat to our hosts as the office was closed when we left at 8.45am. Maybe there was a language barrier, but a warm attitude is important in the hospitality industry.

The owners have limited English which made it extremely hard for a simple task like asking for more tea bags

Access was pathetic, staff bad communication and terrible to understand, shower door jammed.

The unit l had was a few years old, but it was warm and friendly and in spotless condition. Minimal street traffic despite a central location, will be booking in again on the return leg of my journey. Many thanks.

It was loverly and clean, cozy the shower was excellent.

Small bathroom not enough space between the shower and the hand basin.

Did not like the stairs. I'm sick & tired wondering if there stairs or not as nothing is put on facilities to indicate if there is stairs or not. Some businesses advise this but not many. So I message to find out stairs or not. Not good enough Booking.com. For older people or people who can't climb it an essential item to add. Property was clean & comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good shower. Supplied soaps, shampoo, etc.

The room was very, very small, Had to open my suitcase in front of the door.

Was nice for the 1 night stop over! Everything was functional however a tad oldish! Tap leaked in kitchen under sink-had to place towel under there! Man wasn’t very interested when I advised him upon check out! No biggie, was basic & good for the price for 1 night
