had access to all channels like netflix, disney channel etc..... didn't have to log in with our own credentials. Wifi was great.The entire 2 bedroom was clean and tidy, comfortable and we were happy with our stay. Rooms had ear plugs, since we were near a train track, that wasn't too much of a disturbance.

possibly an Information booklet about restaurants, cheap places to eat, things to do in the town (for short stayers / and long stayers).

We loved the property and its location. There were Tui in the trees at various times of the day, which we were intrigued by. The unit itself was lovely and clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to park the car right outside. We will definitely stay at Bassingers during our next trip to Levin.

Great location, easy to find.

Big party, even after midnight of a group staying there, nobody interferred. Did wind down at about 1am, not good at all.

The spa bath was a welcomed comfort after a long day with a nice little sachet for the water - this was a nice touch.

The carpets were very stained in the lounge area and could use a decent steam clean.

The host was nice. Place was close to where we needed to be. Very clean on arrival. Parking is available outside the room.

You could hear everything going on in all the rooms upstairs constant stomping to early hours, I recommend asking for an upstairs room next time as it seemed there was no soundproofing in-between rooms, which ruined the whole stay.

A clean, comfortable room in a convenient location. We were arriving after office hours and Bassingers were only too willing to make our arrival trouble free.

There were two of us and a second chair to relax in would have been helpful.

We had an ant infestation on the last morning and wasn't enough toilet paper supplied, but staff happy to provide on request. Other than that, great stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at Bassingers Motor Lodge, in Levin.My two teenage children <17yrs and 14yrs>, were very happy with the accommodation. We were impressed with the daily cleaning and replenishing of the towels and anything else we requested during our stay.The owners and staff are approachable and very kind.My children and I were also able to wash and dry our clothes during our stay which was an absolute blessing.The location was excellent for our stay. Shops, restaurants were all very close.

the parking was difficult due to having big trailer, but managed to make it work, which was great!

The room was very generous in size. Everything you would need was available.Short walk to shops.

We didn't realize there was a train track at the rear of property.Trains were very loud.

Our room was tidy, comfortable and well appointed. The location was close enough to the CBD for an easy drive but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD.

Nothing can be done about this but the train roaring past at about 6am gave us a bit of a fright the first couple of times. After that we just got used to it.

The owner is very accomodating. The place is very clean and very quiet.

Quite roomy, lots of privacy with 2 bedrooms

They used cold tone lightbulbs that make the rooms look really depressing, one ply toilet paper and very hard beds.

Ok for the price

Very tired looking rooms. The motel was between highway 1 and a railway line.
