Heritage Highway Motel

Good location nice big room with all the facilities needed and a comfy bed

Like all motels water noise from other rooms but as good value for money a minor concern.

Nice apartment in a great location. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Really good sized room, it was very clean and a good price. Free guest laundry and friendly , helpful young lady at reception

Great location for walking access to town, clean, comfortable accommodation. Friendly staff.

Ok for one night stay.

TV didn’t work on viewing channels. Minimal crockery & cutlery. Only had 2 of each for 2 people so had to keep washing & drying to use when cooking.

Spacious with a quick walk into town.

Moving bed when you sat on it.

Great location, close to cafes and shops

A little bit dated

Location was good, rooms were clean and tidy and the appartement was quite large. It was actually quite calm at night during my stay even if it just next to the road.

Excellent location very clean easy parking

Close proximity of railway line

Handy to everything. Clean and hosts very friendly

Wow! Unit was very nice and clean. Modern upgrades. Really great position & close to town.

Very clean . Great friendly service . Right in the town. Beach few minute walk .

The size of the two bedroom accesibility unit was huge. There was ample room for my father to move around safely. There were excellent kitchen facilities, table and chairs and sofas which made everyone comfortable and relaxed. I would love to stay there again,

Very modern, spa bath was great and unit was exceptionally clean.

Breakfast N/A Location was good

We stayed 2 nights and only got enough milk for one night and it wasn't replaced when rooms serviced second day

The room we had was spacious and tidy.

There were no wardrobes or chest of draws.

Lovely property. Very spacious, comfortable and clean

Not of note

Centrally located, good parking and well equipped unit

Facility was cleanShower pressure good

Inhospitable staff/owner who would benefit from customer service training. We arrived 30 min before 3pm. Office locked and no-one to check us in. Left voicemail as directed on sign. No returned call. Host arrived back with zero acknowledgment to us waiting in the carpark (no other cars). Mentioned the wait and call at check-in and was met with a dismissive attitude and reminded check-in was 3pm. Room smelt badly of chemical/perfumed cleaner. Bed uncomfortable, pillows flat and no spares. One armchair for 2 guests. Advertised as non-smoking, but guest in next room smoked right beside our unit - lucky us. Ashtrays on all outside tables. I'd suggest somewhere else.....

Clean and tidy nice and warm

Shower and toilet in same room with no door lock
