Hotel is beautiful, services are top notch, breakfast, grounds and amenities are unsurpassed. The kids club was fantastic, my kids thoroughly enjoyed and we enjoyed having some peaceful time while they were engaged.

As it’s not a seasonal time The hotel was not totally full however they give me room very far so I have to a lot, even I chose pool view but no one told me about that.Also the wind sound was so noisy so hotel management must change the windows quality. And the bad point for me I don’t find the (hooks) as the place was closing on winter

Location and casino, stuffs in reception are amazing.

Some stuffs should be more polite and smile doesn’t cost nothing, i already reported one who was rude for no reason and asking me to leave the the bar area while I was waiting for reception to finish my reservation.

This is a very beautiful, palace-like property, right on the shore of the ocean. Pool is very nice, beds are comfortable, breakfast offers plenty of choices. We also dined at the Beach BBQ and Seafood restaurants - food was really good. Spa building is very beautiful as well, and I was happy with my massage therapist. Staff is very helpful.

Water tap in our room was leaking - plumber came twice, but it didn't help, so we had this problem during the whole stay. As I mentioned above, the staff was very helpful, but a bit slow sometimes.

- Overpriced - Deceitful : they sell ocean view -a 100 usd more than a pool almost- but the view is lateral and remote with beds facing -though with a small in between water line- constructions - while you pay almost 450 usd for an overpriced room, all you have is a couple of 25 cents water bottle :(

Breakfast is amazing by his quality and his diversity. Staff is extremely kind and friendly. Hotel high standard very clean. Ideal for golfers and family. Direct access on a very nice and wild beach. Quiet place with different restaurant options. Golf fairways are along the Ocean and very well maintained.

Far from any city and hotel is a labyrinth as it's very big. Prices overrated for food and stay.

I was traveling with my wife , she is wearing Neqab. At the arrival , we presented our IDs and marriage documents. The receptionist Rabab was instructed by her director to uncover my wife’s Neqab to see if the passport’s photo matches her identity. We felt insulted and uncomfortable by doing so as this is first time i experienced such attitude , i have been traveling through out Morocco with my wife and no single hire has asked to unveil her face to check if she is the same person on the passport. I feel this is against the law and discouraging people from visiting such places and only security officers is allowed to act that way !!!?. Hotel admin should have respected our privacy and the required documents were presented and should have been enough !?. I believe traveller from conservative country like Saudi Arabia should be aware of this attitude and should be prepared for this !!!!!??

The location was nice and the receptionist was great.

I booked 2 rooms. I noticed the room i gave to my family in law was fully stocked with amenities, a robe, and water.However my room wasnt cleaned, it had left overs from a previous guest and none of the amenities that were in the room i gave my family in law. There was no robe, and felt lacking in that sense. The clerks were very friendly at the desk however.The casino was a bit annoying. They almost broke my wifes american drivers license as if they didnt believe she had an american id.

The Hotel itself is amazing.

The management is super poor and can rate it 3 star management. The managers at Mazagan don’t care about hotel guests, they care about money more than guests.The never think of guests comfort. They don’t even respond to emails.I sent an email to the hotel Managibg Director and till date no response. Just ignorance.

Facilities were good, breakfast is great, sea side is magnificent

Room was not clean although i came around 5 pm. Pool is shallow, the place is designed for kids, i went in vacation alone and it is not suitable for singles, its family oriented, it is far away from anything.

Really nice place, clean beach, super attentive staff. Room service is convenient.The kids club could be improved, but my teenager loved the rush club.My children and teenagers loved the pool with its small slide, waterfalls, and paid activities (trampoline, go-karting, quad biking, horse riding, etc.).Overall, a very pleasant stay. I recommend it.On the other hand, yes, the restaurants are not cheap, but it is a luxury resort, so that's understandable.In addition to the room, they will charge an extra €100 per night in advance, and quite frankly, that's not enough. Be sure to budget for food and activities if you are traveling with your family and staying at the hotel, which costs €200 to €300 per day.

I didn't like the depth of the pools.For adults, it's really ridiculous. Swimming in the pool is really not pleasant for an adult, always having to crouch down.And I think it's a shame that there isn't a full-time employee who goes around throughout the day picking up the trash that washes up on the beach from the ocean.

Amazing family hotel with exceptional service! I would like to highlight the most brilliant stuff members at Oasis pool bar, Buddha Beach Bar and Olives/Market place: our kids and adults enjoyed their utmost attention throught the whole week of our stay. Food quality is at exceptional levels everywhere. Indeed the value you get for your money is non-disputable. Please accept our heartfelt gratitude for making our family feel like home at Mazagan!We are looking forward to keep coming back)

Everything was just perfect, starting from the reception desk ending with spa )) Very warm and pleasant service from all the staff around various locations of the hotel.

Having a patio; although the price was high for that.The pool.The stafff is nice; a little too invasive but they meant well.
