Cons -
- There is Work in progress , the swimming pool is being renovated , which was not mentioned in he website. If we knew we wouldnâ≢t have booked at this hotel.
- When we arrived and stopped the car at the entrance, no one came to help with the luggage or park the car. We had to park and get to the hotel. The room had a very bad, foul odor - like fungus and mold. The ventilation was very poor, and even a short shower left everything humid and very wet. The bidet didn't have any soap - you had to pump it in the bathroom and take it to the separate toilet room with a bidet. The bidet didn't have any hot/warm water - just cold. One coffee sachet per room, even when booked double - we had to share a coffee. When I tried to call room service in the morning, no one answered.Room service in the afternoon - we ordered wine and I had to call after an hour to re-order, and it was delivered after another 40 minutes. We were charged the room service fee even though they delivered the wine after almost 2 hours.Breakfast was terrible. On the first morning, there were no plates or mugs for coffee. The cake selection was huge, but the savory stuff was just bad. Once we got the coffee mugs, getting the coffee was another issue, as there were no coffee beans. They served Nescafé - not the best coffee. Very dirty space and tables. I had to chase down a waiter for some napkins and cutlery. Restaurant - we went to dinner at Pachamama, a Spanish restaurant at the resort. We had to walk through a completely dark walkway to get there, using our phones' flashlights to see where we were. After I complained, they turned the lights on for our walk back.Access to the beach was closed off. We spent the rest of our time at another 5-star hotel close to Pullman and came back just to sleep. This is not a 5-star hotel experience at all. Remove a few stars and they will be fine.
- The room where nothing is working, no tv, the door not closing, no hot water. And The reception won't answer your calls.

Clean, good view
The check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm but they made us wait 3 hours so we checked in 6 pm and at 12 am they called us to tell us that we should check out after 15 minutes they came knocking on our door to tell us again about the checkout… no need to explain more
Location is close to beach view and nice view from balcony and the food tastes very good and so clean.
I didn’t like the service because when I just entered the room the tv wasn’t working and I tried to call the receptionist they didn’t answer the phone even I tried a lot of times they didn’t answer the phone until the house keeper came to the room to give the towels and I told her to get someone to fix the tv.the staff was short to serve the breakfast what ever you go you need to wait to get the food and there is no space to sit.
- The staff were attentive and did their best to ensure my parents had a pleasant stay. - Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options.
The hotel offers convenient parking, but there are no sunshades. At midday, the car gets very hot, making it uncomfortable to get inside. The reception did not answer calls from the room phone, so my parents had to go down in person to make their requests.
I recently stayed at Pullman Mazagan and was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite my check-in being scheduled for 3 PM, I was not able to check in until 5 PM. The staff was unprofessional and lacked courtesy throughout the process. Additionally, although my check-out was supposed to be at 12 PM, I was unexpectedly asked to leave the room at 9 AM. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to poor service and mismanagement. I hope they can improve their service in the future
The hotel is a beautiful building, the gardens and pool absolutely stunning. We had an excellent breakfast. Thanks to Mr Otmani for all his help.
We booked a disabled room, and this proved a major problem, lowering my assessment of an otherwise lovely hotel. The hotel had a wheelchair, but, it didn’t fit the door to enter the bathroom. Once there, the loo was the other end of a really large space, nowhere near the washbasin. The staff were wonderful, but in the end it was a horrible experience for a disabled lady who needed to use the bathroom, actually by crawling on her hand and knees. The dinner, room service, was disappointing, because by the time we had settled for a disabled room, the kitchen was closed. It used to stay open. Anyway, neither of us could eat the chicken salad, and the tea I asked for never arrived.
Location was nice
Absolutely the worst stay at a hotel ever, it’s advertised as 5 star however I’ve stayed in better 2 star hotels. Every day the electricity was not working in our room, ordered food and an hour later called back to see why the order was taking so long, was told they don’t know who took the order and no food was made, ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for it. The hotel was freezing and the heaters were blowing cold air, dreadful experience and I suggest avoid at all costs! The golf course was the only good bit to the stay
The staff overall was pleasant as can be given the circumstances of working under an unscrupulous, dishonest owner.
Myself a physician scientist and brother a business executive rented the presidential suite at the Pullman on a golf trip and although the apartment was spacious with a great view of the ocean there was a major problem with sewage and the room stank for the entirety of our stay and it was horrible. The owners did not even offer us another room to stay in- they just tried to mask the smell with bleach. My vacation (and I don't get many) was destroyed. The owner promised a full refund but did not fulfill his promise on check-out. Not only that, he just disappeared and left the staff to handle our protests. It was just a horrible experience. I will never return to the Pullman- sorry! Neither will I recommend it to anyone I know!
The facility was nice and the staff is welcoming and polite.
The bar is overpriced. A bottle of champagne that retails for about €50, was priced at €200
This price should the 5 star or 4 but the coallity for 1 star spashily for cleaning and no iron and smell bad the room
Exceptionally helpful staff, very clean room, always clean swimming pool, comfy bed, tasty breakfast. It is fantastic place for business and leisure.
Bathroom should have additional ventilation. Bathroom floor surface need to be reworked to improve proper water drain during and after shower. Otherwise water is collecting in mid of bathroom. It's annoying. And without ventilation it stays there for few days if someone not clean it.
Nice facilities ang good value for money
Check-in was a bit disorganized. Reception requested a 3000 DH deposit, which we refused to pay as we didn’t understand why it was necessary. To avoid the crowds at the breakfast buffet in the morning, we opted to order coffee and a croissant to our room. However, we were informed that room service would come with an extra charge of 80 DH, which was more than the cost of the coffee and croissant themselves. After agreeing to this, we were initially told that room service wasn’t available due to the crowd, and moments later, they suggested we go down to the buffet instead, which wasn’t an option for us. The situation was very confusing, so we decided to head to the city center for breakfast instead.
Almost everything, staff, pools, room service, views , ...
They had some renewal works, so we had to complain about it but it was quickly resolved
EverythingFriendly front desk staff. Lovely rooms and great view
First of all the staff is excellent, from the managers to the cleaning ladies to the pool staff. Special shout out to Bibi and the reception. They try and accommodate your needs and are so professional even though it must be a challenge at time with certain customers :)Our room was spacious and quiet. It is beautiful, and well managed, families seem to have so much fun and group friends as well as couples too, there’s a spot for everyone. Even dogs!!! That was really really cool our dog was so welcomed. The Pachamama is an awesome place to swim and get food. The breakfast buffet is also good.
The showers need to be updated, the caulking mainly. Of course it’s right by the ocean so it’s hard to manage which the humidity levels. Also in busy season people tend to reserve beds around the pool by leaving their belongings even if they are not there for hours. It’s very unfortunate.
Quite location
Bees by the restaurant, ants by the beach sitting area. Highly recommend pets control around the property
Ms Hakima AlHouty the incharge of the apartments was extremely professional and very supportive, she made our stay very unique thanks to her immediate assistance and response to our needs in a very timely manner. Also Zineb from housekeeping so friendly and hardworking. Thank you Pullman management for such a beautiful experience
Inacceptable price for the value, we had to take another night at mazagan beach resort
Dirty and very old
