- It was the worst stay in my whole life, the location is good but the hotel was disaster, it claims to be 3 star hotel but it doesn’t deserve even a single star. The facility is super old, there is even smell of mold. The horrible smell in the hotel doesn’t give any value to the hotel. We could not sleep , take shower or feel comfortable.
- The staff. Especially the receptionist who was present on October the 20th at 12:30 and the cafeteria staff.
- Kawthar at the reception was very helpful and nice she gave me the best room
Cons -
- Every thing was horrible, the hurtful point is one night costs 60€ , in this 60€ nothing is included, no breakfast , no water or coffee in the room, to washroom essentials, there was no even bellboy, we came with 6 luggages after 9 hours flight the only thing we wanted was just to be taken care of. We couldn’t stay for the night so we had to go out and look for another hotel just to spend night. So we paid another fees to MIA hotels near to Ibis. If this is Ibis hotel chain the higher management of IBIS should visit and pay a big attention to this place. It is a big shame .
- It was dirty, not true to the photos on the website. The stairs were filthy, the showers did not correspond at all to what is presented on the website. The hotel is very poorly maintained.
- We asked for extra towels, we never got them!At the pool again there were no towels, asked at the reception and I was told someone will bring us some but in vain. Over all very poor communication & customer service. Parking also is big issue here.To sum it up, It seems that the place only cares about certain clientele that were given priority & friendliness. To add salt to injury, I was asked upon check out if I could rate the place 5*.

The staff were professional and helpful, especially Kawtar. She took immediate action to put me in a new room when we discovered that the AC was broken. She even found me a room with a semi view of the ocean. The room was clean and had the essentials. Bed was comfortable. Location cannot be beat as it's right at the beach! So convenient for swimming and a day on the beach then head to my room for a shower and clean clothes. Breakfast was a good variety buffet that the staff furiously was restocking as fast as they could. The pool area was beautiful and very clean. I loved my stay here and will come again!
Excellent location near beach and Portuguese fort. Staff, especially Asmaa was very helpful.
I liked the welcome of your staff. The tow men were so polite and friendly. They given me the best service. Also the responsable of the kitchen I guess I’s about the breakfast he helped me and brought me my plats. The room was clean. The cleaner was gentle. I’ve be already in many different IBIS HOTELS in Morocco, I still choosing same company. Thank you.?Fatima Zahra. ❤️
The location was so far from the train station it was hard for me to find it especially I struggled in finding a taxi.At night there was a guest that was making lot of noise and he closed the door like he was alone there ?
Terrible hotel very dirty and bad smells. Check to find the best hotel instead of Ibis, my room was dirty and no electricity power to charge. The power wasn’t working. The reception was unfriendly person and terrible service, I waited at the lobby more than half an hour to get my key room. Check the pictures to see the room that the receptionist provided to me. When I tell him shower wasn’t working and bad smells on my room then he said, we’ll fix the issue. I didn’t understand why they didn’t fix this issue on the bathroom before checking my room. Means no control and now-body was taking care of their business. Booking company need to remove the terrible hotels in Morocco which has terrible reviews. I paid 60€- for a single room plus tax.
Terrible service and unfriendly person.
The location was great Seaview hotel!!
Firstly we came at 15:00 as the check in time, but the room was not ready yet , we had to wait more than one hour. No one call until asked my sister to go and check them than they gave us a room at 16:15pm, So when we got to the room we found it not ready yet as the cleaner didn't either start yet. The cleaner was questioning us why did you come in this room ??why do they send here as it was our fault ?!? I told her that between you Really it was unprofessional staff !!Then went down to reception for explanation, they gave us another room downstairs, the room was Not nice and weird !!! it has another door inside, opened to see if it takes you to the garden for example or any nice view but unfortunately I found it for staffing an old furnitures, felt not happy again !!!Went to reception telling that I don't like it, explained the reason but the lady was so rude and unprofessional she said it is our fault that we didn't Wait for a good room!!! even she didn't apologise at least and she left me standing and went inside ReceptionReally was so rude from her !!Was disappointed!!then another staff gave another room...Wow So disappointed for Ibis serves in El jadida!!
Near the beach
Breakfast is miserable. No glasses. No milk. Napkins missing. You ask for something and wait till you get it , then the next is missing. Chaos. Room categorie is very poor. I do not recommand this building to anyone. Very disappointed
Location
Bad service, wait for more 45 min to check-in at 3:50 pmDirty room especially bathroomBad breakfast Not enough parking spaceVery limited number of tv channels...And others..
Ocean view , localisation , staff so nice peaple and helpful
cigarette smells everywhere .somme angry faces ( not all ) room service ... they need update !
The staff is cheerful
A cockroach in my room, the bed is not comfortable and a fridge would be nice.
Location on the seafront, and very good walking promenade and safe for children on bikes. There was no one surfing but could be a good destination for some people who likes this type of sport.
There was water stoppage for part of the day to allow essential plumbing work..but the guests managed to work round it This we hope will be a short term situation.
Nothing the swimming pool was not clean there wS no sunloungers only 4 I stayed 3 days as there was nowhere else with it being a poor city and some of the staff was not helpful at all but the view from my extra small room was nice
The pool was dirty for 2 days then the last day they was cleaning it
The food is routinely local and tasty, though it is not possible to comment on the food preparation area, because it is not visible to the guests. The foreigners are not resistant to the street-type food preparation method, and it is of utmost importance that the food served is not polluted. The reception staff is approachable, supportive, and flexible. They will try very kindly to find an option on any question a guest have. But they are attempting to be too kind. Thus, frequently breaking off a dialog with one guest in the middle of a conversation and starting to communicate with another. If it's not an emergency, then this is disrespectful and increases the quality of information exchange. This kind of bad-manner can be improved by proper Guest Service Manager training.
It is an insult to demand 60 euros per night for this Hotel. Tri-stars are too high-rated and not deserved. The room condition is unacceptable. Photos attached. The findings are as follows:01. Air Conditioning is included in the bill but not operational. After consulting with the reception and aiming for a perk, their defense was A/C out of order due to the off-season period. (How much is the price for this room in the ON-season period?)02. Bed sheet found not fresh but worn.03. The mattress was found filthy and saturated with unknown fluids. 04. Toilet wall brackets loose.05. Shower cabin tails are filthy. 06. Shower cabin moisture went sagging.07. Shower cabin glass door attachments are damaged, thus offsetting the glass and causing scratches. 08. The shower drainage is not draining.09. The door frames are filthy and damaged.10. The finishing slats are detached.11. Wall painting traces are visible over the furniture.12. The toilet-purpose glass is resting on the handwashing bench without a napkin. 13. The shortness of the toilet handwashing faucet makes it difficult to wash hands. 14. Damaged furniture. Worn edges, detached and hanging shelves. 15. The entrance door has no door lock strike plate.16. Hotel elevator floor level indicator out of order 17. All night, there was a slight but outstanding knocking sound coming somewhere from a nearby room. It was a frequent but not a constant nocking. Tricky to determine the location, which could drive one to insanity. All these deficiencies have been tolerated because of an emergency one-night stay. The current condition is a health risk situation.
Location
Slow staff who seemed indifferent to guests. Condition of room was poorly maintained but I think you know what you’re getting for the price for the location.
