Specious, attentive staff

The noise from the airplanes the bathroom isn’t clean the WiFi doesn’t have strong signal it keeps getting cut off. As well as the hard pillows .

The rooms have no heating, which makes them uncomfortably cold during December and January. In addition, the blankets provided are of very poor quality—I’m not sure what kind of wool or material they are made from, but they are unpleasant to use and do not provide sufficient warmth.

At first sight the hotel looks spacious, but a bit dated

Mold in room ceiling spreading from ventilation (see picture). Very moldy air from ventilation when turned on. Got a second room which had very bad funky smell from bathroom which was unsuccessfully masked with two automatic air freshener dispensers one in bathroom, the other in the hallway going off every 20 minutes. Slept there one night and then immediately left. My son has asthma so this was all bad. In the second room tiles on the bedroom floor were loose. Marks of past water damage visible in both rooms. Doors warped, cracks in walls and more.

Staff was great. EspeciallyBlond lady at reception. I didn’t get her name Breakfast was okay. Not quality food, bare minimum at best. Bacon not cooked, eggs overcooked not impressed. Guest rooms were dates from 1980’s. Brown bed blanket was old and should be discarded. Pool area was okay. Cigarette butts everywhere and the blue pads for the lounge chairs were filthy.

Great price for what it is. What i requested got given to me so im happy for that aswell. I got a suite and very pleased with it, big room. Very kind staff in reception and restaurant.

The cleaness can be improoved a lot. On the bed in the bedroom and in the toilet a lot of loose hairs, in the sink,on the toilet and on the walls (i know it sounds crazy but its true...). The food is pretty standard, for a 5 star hotel you would expect a bit more. The day of BBQ (wednesday) there was only 1 meat sauce,nothing else. How can you call that BBQ day? On the same day the rice was too salty and some of the vegetables werent the most fresh. Almost every plate was a bit visibly greasy, before i took a plate had to check if its clean or just looks "clean" the cleaness in that area HAS to be improved.

Good location near beach and airport. Close to Bus station. Breakfast was good enough

Even though it was the middle of the week and not busy, they wouldn't let me check out even an hour later and asked for extra money.The room is cleaned and charged only once every two days, which is unusual for a five-star hotel.

The Staff, and Melany and Laura, the animation crew were really funny and make our expiriences even more special

We upgraded our room for a bigger one with pool view, we paid right away for the upgrade but when we checked-out we had to pay more because the woman who charged us first didn't give us the right price.

Excellent staff, communication brilliant and very efficient.

Rooms tired and a wee coat of paint and new window seals would give a new identity to the rooms.

Nothing, the property was fantastic.

I definitely do not recommend the hotel!!! I'll start with the good: Friendly staff, clean rooms, that's all. Everything else is just awful. We took the all-inclusive package, it includes three meals a day, three cocktails at the bar, everything else is paid, beer, tea, coffee and sandwiches. Even non-alcoholic smoothies are paid. They take a deposit of €25 for the towels you take to the pool, spa massages are paid, etc. When you go to the dining room, they will still check you every time if you are on the list in the notebook ? There is nothing to do with entertainment. If you don't have time to check out of the room by 12 noon, there will be a fine!The rooms themselves are very outdated, the toilets were broken, water was constantly flowing in it, the bathtub was clogged with dirt, the water was just standing there ?‍♂️ Horror!!! The room had very old towels that were already torn, there were no slippers or bathrobes. This is definitely not a five-star hotel.

Good first impression but when you look at the room it's showing signs of wear and tear. Tiles on the floor not secure and ripped shower curtain let the room down

The hotel itself is nice & clean although dated… the AI food was very disappointing. Breakfast was lively but lunch & dinner were not to the standard expected
