The accommodation and staff were superb. It really was an amazing, beautiful place. A restaurant in the middle of the pool, surrounded by mountains and a golf course, the accommodation was exceptional as was the staff.

They closed the pool the day after we arrived and only re opened it on our last day. They did let us use the sister hotel but it wasnt that great.

Location. I advised renting out a vehicle so you are able to get around. Swimming pool closes too early at 7pm. This should be extended to 8pm.

So much dust blown towards the facility from strong winds. It appears dust came from the golf course, which was undergoing some landscaping work. Not sure if that was the source alone but too much wind and too much dust.

The resort is very nice, quiet and clean!

The swimming pool wasn’t heated this time of the year! The ladies of the restaurant was really rough and impolite!

It was a nice complex with good sized accommodation. Most of the staff very friendly.

Could do with a spruce up . Parking is extra and very tight. The complex is right at the end of one way road which means having to go all way round every time you come back. Pools are good but silly rools mean you can't do anything no balls no inflatables etc etc ridiculous. Restaurants on cite not too good.

Excellent property, so clean and spacious. The terrace was ?. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the security gate man was such a happy gentlemen. All the cleaning personnel were so nice. A great little shop on site to get fresh bread rolls ect every morning and all the basics.Tennis court, outdoor exercise equipment, childrens playgrounds

We liked everything, just our preferences are different than other people's. It was a little distance from places. Great if you enjoy walking ( we cant unfortunately)

Its our 4th time here and we absolutely love it!!!! Staff are superb!!! The shop onsite with fresh bread each morning is amazing. We are coming back in july. Only MINOR shortcomings this visit were that we had requested a renovated apartment but we received an older style apartment. Gym and entertainment were also unavailable due to ongoing renovations which we were not told of in advance.

Everything. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough. The facilities were top notch. The food at the pool bar delicious and also the wee bar next to the reception the food was also lovely.

Nice quite location. Close to local village. Heated day pool. Villas were well kept and the Med Restaurant was amazing on location. The rooms were nicely sized and bright. Great views also.

There were some issues. For the money general wear and tear should have been taken care of. The main pool was closed off, cones and construction tape around it. Construction was going on. No gym present due to construction. Was not afforded a late check-out. Again, for the cost, not impressed.Reception noted that they had let booking.com know about the construction, but this was not indicated at the time of booking.Side note: Booking.com were incredible in dealing with the issues I identified.

Size of apartment was good

First of all small pool and kids play area was closed for three days then the big pool was closed after that for the rest of our stay. Gym was also closed and parking although booked prior was a nightmare as people kept taking out space and at the end of all that we still had to pay for our parking what a total joke. Would not recommend this place as it’s not value for money with all the things that made usbook there not available to us . Totally spoiled our holiday. Only thing good about this place is the staff.

One of the pools was heated, that was nice to enjoy. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and having a garden of our own was nice. There is a big Mercadona within 10 minutes driving.

First and worst of all, there were cockroaches in the kitchen! We have complained to the reception, and they have given us some anti cockroach spray, but that only helped for one evening, we ended up having to spray it every day. The reception told us that they have cleaned the apartment and there is nothing else they can do, but that is definitely a reason for us to not come back, especially since we stayed with a child. As we arrived, we were told that the spa and gym facilities are under refurbishment. These facilities were one of the reasons we have chosen this hotel in the first place, and we have got no warning about them not being available beforehand, so we could change our booking. There is a dedicated kids pool, but the water there is NOT heated, and it was just 20 degrees. Our child loves swimming, but he was blue and shaking after a few minutes, despite wearing a wetsuit. The pictures on booking.com show that the apartment has a washing machine, but we were told as we arrived that this is only true for some of the apartments (and, of course, not the one we got). The area around the hotel is not great for walking, but we were driving everywhere anyway, so that was not a big problem.

Water filter tap, not having to buy large water bottles was great. The heated pool that was open was lovely. The staff were well fantastic. Apartment was well equipped and clean.

The €3 charge for the key to unlock the BBQ padlock. That only one small pool and the kids pool was open. The main pool was closed off, I get they need renovation but that and the gym and spa were also closed. There was also massive renovations at reception. These are not overall issues with the place as temporary but the price did not reflect the lack of available amenities. Also the one pool that was open closes at 5 which was the earliest of the 4 places we stayed in. Most were 8 or 9.

Clean and well maintained apartment and grounds. Good size pool. Good location for access to local bus routes and quick trip from airport. Reception were quick to reply to any queries.

The wellbeing and gym were unavailable during our stay due to planned refurbishment. This is one of the main reasons we picked this venue so it was disappointing. I would like to have been advised in advance to allow for alternative arrangements. The pool was open 9-5 and would have preferred it to be available a little earlier.

Rooms was superb, spacious, two bathrooms, close to the pool area with nice backyard with BBQ area (for extra price)

Restaurants in the area were close at 9pmThere is only one, the smallest pool heated! And they are closing it at 5PM our kids were disappointed (all pools are closed at 5pm)Big pool was cold and children pool, closed.There is small shop with everything you need on a daily basis 8am-10pm.Parking costs 8eur per dayIf you want to use grill 3 eur from the day you are using Un till the end of the reservation, can't use it once or twice, have to pay for period.

Always a great stay !

Originally booked an apartment with a washing machine and only took a few items of clothing.No washing machine ….but didn’t spoil our holiday !

Very comfortable beds, clean apartment. Nice facilities (swimming pool, table tennis, pool billiards, tennis court). Close to the airport (~10-15 minutes drive). Small supermarket onsite, with fresh bread in the morning. Good place to stay!

The swimming pool is nice, but it is only open from 09:00-17:00. We like exploring the Island and hiking during the day and it was a pity that we couldn't swim anymore when returning later in the afternoon.

Spacious apartment with all the equipment needed for the stay.

Doors were squeaky and the toilet was making really loud noise

Was too remote for us!!.You definitely need a car to stay here!We did make enquiries about hiring a car but, were told there was nowhere to park!.Also some of the facilities were not available ie Gym and indoor pool pool!We also requested a late check several days in advance out as our flight wasn't until 6, but that wasn't possible!That was disappointing!
