The property is a very large hotel. It offers lots of activities for kids. The food in good (nothing too great but also not bad) and the facilities area all clean.If you are going without the kids book a different hotel :) The shows are really great - highly recommended. Our two year old loved it!

We had some staining in the bathroom in the corners of the shower. You can hear everything through the door. We had a very loud room right next to the entrance and the kids play room and heard everything. It was a little disturbing. I think carpets in the hallways would at least reduce the noise of kids running up and down the hallway.

Food was awful, sunbeds hard to get. (Had to be up very early) entertainment not great. Kids slushies and other drinks out of order a lot.

Fabulous hotel! Great for kids and adults! Plenty of entertainment throughout the day! Lots of pools and the splash park was great for the children. Plenty of food choices every night and nice to be able to go to the a la carte restaurants too. Shows in the evening were just incredible!

Unfortunately as a family of six we had two rooms and they were on different floors, despite requesting well in advance for them to be near each other.Lack of sun beds early in the morning and lots of sun beds reserved with towels but actually never used! Which was frustrating!

Excellent room, the family suite was lovely, spacious, good view of the castle, sliding doors between sleeping areas, all inclusive mini bar was a nice touch

Generally it was just really really busy, pool areas, sun beds, buffet restaurant just seemed constantly packed with people, felt like possibly too many rooms for the resort maybe. Also the shampoo, conditioner and body wash is all attached to the walls in the room and so not within reach of being in the bath which is crazy. Also there seemed very little to do in the evening, no indoor entertainment for kids, mini disco was short and outdoor which wasn't ideal, would be better indoor with drinks etc

far too busy, poor service, no room service, ques for everything, not notifed to book restaurants in advance, had to wait until 1pm for lunch and 6pm for dinner in the main restaurant which is too late for my small babies. pplace not suitable for children under 3 years, no one to take our bags on checking in from car outside

The food options are very limited and often transformed from one dish to another with a different sauce. The breakfast vas EXACTLY the same every day with no variety at all. It was hard to eat the same food for 7 days so we ended up eating out on some days despite booking all inclusive package. The food in snack bar was absolutely awful. Basically huge amount of oily fries with tasteless chicken nuggets and low quality burger! same every day! Overall the food was the biggest disappointment for me. The taste was Ok but no variety at all. The The reception staff aren’t friendly. When we checked out didn’t even receive a smile just said all done BYE!

Overall it is a nice hotel and clean

Very disorganised. Lots of small annoying things wrong with our room. Arrived with a small baby and had to endure a check in taking over an hour at 8pm in evening. One whole day wasted next day trying to sort out the most basic things in room. No water no coffee broken door air conditioning not working trying to get a 2nd cot removed from room and so on. On a four day stay not ideal!

I think all for all we it’s a very good options for those who like this kind of vacation where you don’t need to leave the hotel. I liked our room (we had to change it twice until we got a quiet one). The room was big and well equipped, the bed was great. But I must say that your experience will mostly depend on the room you get, some of them facing the pool are so loud because of the noise by the pool that I didn’t agree to spend there a day. If you can - ask for a room facing the outside of the hotel. Some of them have a nice side sea view. The food was good all for all and the shows were just great

It was my first experience in all inclusive hotel so I just don’t like the concept. The buffet is always crowded and feels like a factory, Its nice for a couple of days but then makes you feel stressed. I think its not a healthy environment to eat three times a day in such a noise

Clean and staff are wonderful.

There has been a slight decline on the food since I came 2 years ago. Drinks selection for a 5 star isn’t the best. No branded spirits only Ruskinoff vodka and unheard whisky etc and the beer (san Miguel) is poor especially the price you pay for the hotel. I’ve stayed in 4 star all inclusive with a better selection of drinks.

Although the property is big we didn’t feel like we had any issues finding seating at restaurant and sunbeds.The staff were very helpful and friendly.The food was amazing in all the restaurants.Our room was very spacious and comfortable.They have lots of things for kids to do, an ideal hotel for parents to get some free time.The property was kept clean and all facilities were clean.

The only negative was the thinness of the towels, felt like they were really old.

Great rooms, nice animation for children, great evening performances. Hotel bars are also nice to hang around. Pools are not crowded in November.

Food is average, the main restaurant is very noisy. The room was not ready at the promised time (3pm), we had to wait a lot.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.

I would have appreciated more information upon arrival about what my inclusivity included. And it would be nice to have more hooks to hang bath towels on. When your there with a family of 5 total all the wet towels had to be placed where we could find a form of hook. But mostly all was wonderful.
