The first roo.m smelled like smoke so they switched us to another room

Near the airport which makes it a perfect option for transit.

Rooms are okay but not worth money paid. No one answers the phone even though the answering machine says the opposite. Shuttle bus stops at 22:00h!!! Not at all convenient for the location. There big potential because of the location but it looks like the hotel needs better management. The staff look sad and tired!!

After confirmation booking They give my room to some one else and they said we don’t have rooms for you

Excellent location. 5 minutes drive e from airport, availability of red shuttle every hour starting 7 am, 5 mints walk to the shopping center of bab zouar (right at the back) plenty of restaurants and other shops across the street. Clean and nice space rooms and mainly excellent staff and and service. Special thanks to Houssam (mourad) at reception and Kaci the artist at the bar and restaurant. A great selection at the breakfast starting 5:30 am.

Very poor room service.No personal cleaning tools or equipment.No contact numbers for reception.The place is very noisy and dirty.No refrigerator.Zero service.

The only good thing that it is close to the airport

The Room in general looks old , the bed was not comfortable the bathroom haven't the necessary equipment …

Nice people and good Location

For Muslim country, missing in the bathroom of bidet and toilette brush.Breakfast was decent however cucumber seemed not washed because it was bitter.

The Ac was not working well , not comfortable sleep it was so hot

Horrible experience with the room , it was smell so bad , I think the guest before me was smoker , However my main issue with the hotel who did not come to pick me up from the airport, I was calling two day before the hotel and no answer from the staff there …. On my arrival day I call the hotel and they confirmed that the driver on his way to the airport and no one came , I was obliged to pay 1500 DA for taxi to reach the airport.0/10 is my rate to this hotel

Break fast cost, not meet value against money

The property was pleasant, but I believe the reception staff could improve their customer interaction. While I was speaking to the receptionist, they maintained focus on the computer and did not make eye contact, which felt unprofessional. Improved engagement and attentiveness would enhance the overall guest experience.

The toilet needs a water spray hose attached to the toilet for personal hygiene, as this is an essential feature for many guests.

The music in the night, prostitute,and the rooms very old and small.

Cold breakfast everyday at 6am..No place to work on laptop in room.Very bad shower pressure

The staff was good. Airport shuttle is good. Restaurant,coffee shop good.

Rooms are so small, very basic like a hostel. No tea coffee kettles in rooms.

Close to the airport

Very small room considering it was a superior room, no towels in the room when we arrived, terrible pillows my wife and I didn’t sleep at all, woke up with neck pains

I did like the location

First I didn't like the room was very smokey of cigarette, then the bed when I booked it says one double bed and one single bed, went downstairs to ask to change the room because of the smell of the smoke, the lady was very rude and unprofessional on her job, the room didn't have fridge, when asked why the manager told me the whole hotel doesn't have fridge, when I asked one of the customers they said they have fridge in their room??!!, overall it was a very bad experience ?

The people, the proximity to the airport, the availability of the airport shuttle.

Room floor wasn't clean. No slippers, no kettle, and no coffee in the room: only one small water bottle. All these things can be found in three stars hotels else where.

I like the reception was wonderful

I didn't like the room is so small than other hotel with same stars, I didn't like the shower because it's not working, the air condition was terrible.Really it was my bad choice ?

Location near the airport

Very tiny room, dirty bathroom, uncomfortable pillows and beds, highly overpriced compared to the value we got .
