Dirty, smoke smell, night security staff

Rooms were available overall the lobby and hotel were good.

It is hard to judge for a one night stay, but the room was not as good as the price paid, bathroom was not clean, lighting very low, i requested early breakfast and didn’t get it.

Breakfast, staff was helpful enough to provide an extra bed

I'm shocked that some hotels still don't have a bidet in their toilets

The only good thing of the property it was near airport with shuttle bus and near a shopping mall

Horrible smell, in addition they don’t allow food from outside, receptionists only 1 person causing Que, in addition to that they ask for 10000 Dzd as safety deposit

Old and some smell of old rotten air conditioning , they don’t provide any items inside room like slippers or tooth brush or cotton nothing just towel and liquid soap

They didn't answer the phone when I called for a shuttle from the airport. I called 4X. The facilities were dated, and some things were broken. The internet did not work well. Had to call about it 3X.

Super well located, 5 min drive from the airport with on demand free shuttles to drive you. The area is nice and safe and has everything nearby with good restaurants and a big shopping centre all accessible by a short minute walk. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained and also safe and secured 24/24h.The room was nice and clean, really big and exactly as shown in the pictures. Contrary to most reviews, I don’t see the « old » furniture as an issue…. In the contrary, I think it gives it charm and goes well with the overall aesthetic of the hotel. Bed is big and comfortable.

The bathroom could benefit from a fresher look because you can see some stains and rust all over the bath and sink. The ceiling should be changed because it was crumbling a bit.

Breakfast

Old hotel very much in need of an uplift. Dirty carpeting, shower head and bathtub clogged which makes it difficult to take a decent shower. Soap dispenser in the shower not replenished. Bed sheets of doubtful cleanness. No outlets for ipad or iphone except by unplugging the tv and the lamp. The think that struck me most is the near obsession with room payment: I paid cash for two rooms and three nights but every time I talk to the reception desk, they asked me whether I have paid for the rooms although by looking at their screen they should have been able to tell that the room have been paid for. Worse even when acknowledging that the rooms have been paid for, they went ahead and asked for a pre authorization on my credit card. This was done THREE times. Needless to say that undoing the damage took time and resulted in frustration.

All,Cleaning Services Facilities Air conditions I asked for an iron, they changed it 5 times and all 5 irons were so bad,

the reception was nice

the bathroom was horrible and the room does not have electrical outlets, I had to unplug the lights to charge my phone. This is really bad, we can tell that the hotel is very very old.

Everything. This is not a 5 star hotel. It’s falling apart. The rooms are as same age as my grandmother.

The hotel is conveniently located at a 5min ride to the airport, offering 24-hour shuttle bus service that runs every hour. This ensures flexibility for late-night arrivals or early morning departures.

no outlets near the bedside table, which is disappointing in 2024. Additionally, the room lighting was very dim— even with all the lights on, it was almost impossible to see properly at night, to the point where I had to use my phone flashlight. Lastly, the cleanliness was subpar, especially in the bathroom. The restaurant buffet didn’t meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold due to the air conditioning.

Location 5 mins from airport.

Long check in process. They need more people at the reception counter. Outdated room. Bad lights. Red side bed lights and very very dim room.

Hotel lobby/cafe was not the best for a business chat/meeting. And the elevator traffic was high.Regarding the Airport pickup shuttle service, I suggest that you clarify with the hotel the pickup point at the airport and the timing schedule before you arrive. Airport drop off shuttle service (from the hotel) was very precise and convenient.

The hotel room is old, the bathroom is not clean, water choke for the shower, no towel in the shower room need to ask from the front desk, room telephone is not working, the elevators not functioning well.
