Great service, the restaurant has good food but had some inconvenient with some of the dishes. The suite looks gorgeous but some of the furniture needs to be upgraded. Didn't had the chance to use the pool,the close it to early. Good, I could book again

Room and bathroom needs some upgrades. Not able to charge cell due to lack of connections close to bed. At bathroom needs upgrade. Promised shuttle for hotel but were not avaliable the whole day.

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff went out of their way to make our New Year's Eve fireworks watching from the rooftop possible. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff were very professional and attentive. Having washers and dryers in the room was wonderful.

Unfortunately, I ordered the same salad twice and both times it arrived with the wrong ingredients. It seemed as if both the chef and staff did not understand the ingredient names. They made substitutes without telling me - and did that twice. Fortunately both salads were delicious despite this.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Very big rooms with a separate living room and kitchen. The swimming pool is beautiful and everything looks very clean and new. Personnel are nice. There is a buffet breakfast with plenty of options. This hotel is close to the airport.

We had a late lunch. Food was very good, however it took very long to be ready.

The room was neat and well-equipped.In general, everything was perfect.

TV channels in Spanish and English Maybe add snacks in the rooms.

Horrible experience. Do not stay here

We got food poisoning at the hotel restaurant and they didn’t even properly apologize or reimburse our meal or stay. We were travelling with our 2- year old kid (who thankfully did not eat there), but both me and my husband got very very sick after eating dinner at the hotel restaurant, right before our flight. We are 100% sure it was restaurant food because we didn’t eat anywhere else that day.

Cleanliness, quiet, beautiful interior and exterior design, good balanced and fresh breakfast, comfortable and clean beds.

Wifi did not work, when I called the front desk they said they would call me back but nobody ever called back, when I called back again they said they would notify me but I received no call. Fortunately my friends and I did not require wifi during my stay, but I booked this location with the understanding that my payment includes the functioning amenities advertised. Also the water in the shower was not hot. Finally, one of the bedrooms we stayed (we booked a family suite) in did not have any outlets near the beds.

The location. The fact that the Executive Suite included a refrigerator, mini stove and washer/dryer.

One of the front counter morning ladies was rude.

This was our second time staying at Adriana. My family loved it, close to the airport, customer service was amazing, and we were spacious and clean.

I liked the room, really spacious and comfortable! Big tv with Netflix too. Also close to the airport which is convenient and the Jacuzzi part of the pool was nice aswell.

I wanted to use the pool more but there was an old creepy guy there that made me feel very uncomfortable, so ended up not staying at the pool as much as I would’ve like. I also got charged for losing my room key.. this felt unnecessary as it was just a white plastic card and I had already paid a lot for my stay. I wanted to love the hotel and purposefully booked a nicer place to end my trip on a high but these two things didn’t make the experience great for me.

Stayed for one night before an early flight out from Guatemala city airport and it ticked all the boxes. The pool was really nice and there we a few decent uber eats options in the area that we could order dinner from.

The room and pool were very nice. Gym was ok. We liked having laundry facilities in the apartment.

Breakfast was terrible. Both our meals were inedible. I pointed to order the food and the waiter got the meal wrong for my friend. When her eggs Benedict came out the eggs were not cooked at all. My French toast had been covered in sugar that I scraped off but parts of the toast were soggy/undercooked. The waiter did not speak any English - which is fine but I can speak some Spanish and he wouldn’t listen to me and just spoke over me. Also the WiFi was out. They did apologize for that.
