The closest restaurant for dinner is not great

Very good location for a short stay, great value for money.

The parking lot is convenient, the rooms are basic but good enough (the bed was very comfortable), and good breakfast when being in a rush.

Banged head on top bunk, bit too low, good room for family but not for a couple

As we arrived late we had to check in via a computer, this was broken and took us over 30 mins to check in, when we finally got in the room my daughters bed hadn’t even been made up, really disappointing, arriving late we wanted a quick and simple check in and get straight into bed, this was unfortunately not possible.

Staff friendly and helpful

There were two men in a van loitering around the building for several hours the evening we arrived trying to gain access with people arriving, asking to use the toilets in the building, watching for passcodes and looking in the backs of everybody’s cars. One even climbed the fire escape and knocked several times trying to gain access. We called the police but the men had left by the time they arrived.

Good value for money and nice breakfast.

Nowhere to walk to if interest. Only one restaurant close by, however the food was very good there.

Great location for travelling from NL to south of FR.

I was charged for parking and 10 euro per pet per night. Other Ibis budget do not charge for parking and the price per pet is 5 euro per night.

Nice location, great spot if you are travelling to just sleep. We ate at the Ibis across the road has a restaurant. Rooms super clean and friendly reception. Also garden at the back great for kids or dogs to have asafe place to run around if you have a big driving day ahead.

The staff was very helpful. I accidentally booked double instead of triple, and the staff helped me to change it even when there was a big event in the town and everything was booked. Thanks again!The room was nice, the bed with double part below and single part on top was perfect for family of three.A free parking and a nice restaurant just beside the hotel.

The only soap/shampoo was in the shower. Could have been some soap at the sink. Very few electric sockets in the room.

We arrived in the evening, tired.Good stay for a short 1 night layover.Clean, efficient, no frills, quiet, decent price.We inquired about a restaurant, they proposed the restaurant in another Ibis next door to Ibis Budget.We had a nice dinner and a good night sleep afterwards. We will keep this hotel in mind if a short layover is needed during our travels.

Simple and not modern

Quiet, good position, free parking.The workers are very polite and helpfull.During the night it was calm, no complain. The breakfast it is ok.The Villefranche city it is really nice.

Generally it was everything ok.If possible add a little cheese.

The location was good if you are travelling long distance, and staff helpful

It is very run down and significantly less than i expected. I understand its budget but it was so poor, the facilities were lacking any investment and general decor was tatty and run down. I would never stay there again with a family.

Bathroom decor very tired. Not the most comfortable bed a bit hard. No ability to get a hot drink from a vending machine etc

Because of my bank card was rejected the first I paid I was charged twice for my room, the first time and the second time. I think I will not come back because of this double billing.

Just by the highway exit.There is nice lawn so it is perfect for when you travel with dogs.Closed parking right outside

It is a perfect hotel for a stop on a long travel.We are a family of 6 so we booked 2 rooms. The bonus was that the rooms communicated, so we were like in a small appartment.
