Best Western Plus Hotel Plaisance

The perfect stopover hotel. Parking in front of hotel, super new hotel rooms and wow what a shower (!). Loved everything

Profissionalism, sympathy and efficiency of the reception staff!

Everything was absolutely perfect. I loved the quality of the towels, staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was very good

Nothing ??‍♀️ ?

The hotel was in a nice location. Room and breakfast were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean comfortable room and bed. Good shower. Located near train station and grocery store. Very kind and welcoming staff (Thanks Igor!). He remembered our names after 2 days - during check out. Outlets on both side of the bed. Wifi strong. Fruit and free coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. Great affordable location for visiting Lyon by train. Breakfast was OK - probably wouldn't choose this unless included in the price of the room. Good coffee, though

Bath, towels and shampoo

Light on all night on balcony, room too hot, air con not cool enough,, no black tea

Rooms were clean with room service every day and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was basic but good. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and despite being in the town centre I didn't hear any noise from outside. Top tip received from the receptionist - always ask them to check your room key will open your door before going up to it. We were on the 5th floor and a few times the card wouldn't open the door so had to go back down to reception to get his rectified.

Sometimes the breakfast ran a little low when they were busy.

Bedroom and bathroom was clean. And quiet Air con already on. Shower good Breakfast very good selection of food fresh fruit cut into a bowl. Choice of 2 different coffee machines. Very attentive staff Chapeau

Car park was paying which wasn’t clear from the booking and quite tight. Towels basic bed soft soap dispenser was broken so a bit difficult to use and a teeny tiny wc which felt like solitary confinement

Comfortable beds and good shower

Area not great but parking secure

Pleasant staff, good secure parking, very good breakfast

No integrated a/c in room. No food on Sunday

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly. Everything nice and clean.

We were meant to have a queen bed but had twin singles.

Good hotel to stay for one night on our way home. Perfect room, beautiful bathroom. Parking very safe and secure!

It was just what we expected

Great staff, nice bed and very clean room. Location is wonderfull for travelling further south and staying overnight while still enjoying a nice town for aperitif/dinner. Great hospitality for our dog as well.

Bed and balcony

room : Toilet were so small that its was needed to turn around the door , we are not tall or large persons

Nice decoration of the hotel overall and very nice comfort in the bedroom. Bath robes and coffee/tea available in the room, as well as water.

I'm rating this based on a "not so great" hotel. What I liked? The reception staff was very nice, bubbly and pleasant. The reception area was pretty nice and the location is very good and there was parking. Al in all it was an overnight stay so it was convenient and I got what I paid for.

Breakfast was poor, The building itself looks like a converted council block.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of breakfast items including homemade cakes.

More pillows

Breakfast is always simple, nice and beautifully presented.Coffee machine is great.

Fantastic room for our family of 5 (3 teens)

Room was quite hot!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was fine.

There was lighting outside which came straight through the window which only had voices at the window.
