A great discovery. The hotel is very pleasant and nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning adjustable, the beds comfortable and, above all, the bathroom (often the weak point of hotels) very functional and modern, with a shower where the water drains quickly without spilling onto the floor. The location is perfect, right in the city center, very close to the main sights."

The hotel is located in the city centre of Vichy, close to all attractions, monuments, bars and restaurants. It is situated in a nice building of the end of the XIX century. The room we stayed was comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the small but excellent SPA with sauna and jacuzzi that can be reserved for one hour.

We were in double 'Comfort' room, 108. It was comfortable and we had what we needed. The room was cold when we arrived (first week in November 24), but we found we had a radiator and CH that we could control ourselves. There is a little balcony but a street view.

Could be difficult to find parking depending on time of arrival, only street parking.

Central to all sights.The receptionists spoke English and were very helpful.The breakfast was also good.The receptionist gave us a map of the city and a list of Restaurants.

Comfortable stay in a kind-of historical building, well located between the river and the city center.Staff was kind and professional. Following a failure of the air conditioning system in our room, they reached us on the phone to inform about it: a 10% discount compensation was offered and a fan was made available in the room, which made our stay doable.Right in front of the entrance, there are a couple of (temporary) parking spots to load/unload your car.

Finding a car parking is very hard in the vicinity. The square right in front of the hotel has free parking, but the availability is very limited.

All the staff were friendly and helpful , the room was nicely decorated and very clean . The bed was comfortable and the shower was good . The hotel was centrally located but quiet and had free parking . All round a very good stay , thank you
