Lovely hotel! Clean, Kind and comfortable ? recommend this one for your visit in Vichy

The hotel was centrally situated with plenty of on street parking close by. It was immaculately clean and our room was really quiet, very comfortable and had a lovely bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the added bonus was the beautiful piano playing by one of the staff! We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the breakfast room looked lovely. It was our first visit to Vichy and we had a lovely walk around the old part (which is being extensively renovated) and along the river which was beautiful.

Lovely spacious air-conditioned room on the top floor and good breakfast in the outdoor terrace.

No restaurant in the hotel, but we found a good Lebanese place nearby that was open on a Monday, unlike most other restaurants nearby.

Horribly slow wifi. Was there for work and couldn't send a mail with attachments.

Excellent breakfast. Loved the decorations and atmosphere of the place. Plenty of books to read for a relaxing evening or morning. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Great location just a short walk from the railway station and to the town. Immaculately clean and really nicely designed. The room was spacious and far bigger than I expected. Although we didn't use it, the games room/lounge was a great addition.

Great hotel. The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was well worth the money, the food was very fresh and of a high quality. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The room was too small for two people although we would have booked a larger room had one been available. Room, and hotel in general was spotless in all areas.Games area was excellent and very much enjoyed by our grandchildren who visited us in the hotel during our stay.

Room had all facilities required other than an English tv channel.

Location fantastic we had luck with parking right on the street (paid parking but ca. 5€ for whole day parking).Room was more than sufficient in size (2x adults / 1x toddler)Clean and comfortable with decent shower

Arverna is a little gem! Tucked on a side street in the historic section of Vichy, this is the place to soak up French history. This hotel has all the touches to make your stay special, from the warm greeting to the bathroom amenities, you notice the extra efforts. Breakfast is amazing with high quality products. Very good breakfast and comfy rooms. The hotel is very close to the city center but the rooms are quiet and there is a nice terrace in the back yard.
