Hotel Riviera has the perfect location for exploring the sites of Vichy. The staff were extremely helpful and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. My room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. If I come back to Vichy I will certainly stay here. Thank you Hotel Riviera.
The close proximity to the centre was the main reason for booking the property. The reception desk were helpful with my enquiries.
The hotel is a beautiful Art nouveau style building, well decorated and well located in the city center. The staff are extremelly polite and helpful.

Cons -

The room had such bad sound insulation that I could hear all the noise, conversations and activities of the other guests. On one occasion a group of young men staying in the room next to mine, decided to enact a wrestling match, as the noise of crashing and bashing kept me awake until 3am. Also I could hear the bathroom sounds and gushing of water in the pipes in the bathroom when other guests were using their facilities.
The hotel is an old building not so soundproof. One of our beds was not so comfortable. Breakfast was quite limited in choice.
