- Perfect hotel! Wonderful location in Vichy. Staff were amazing and so helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself was beautiful. We had a huge room with views out over the pool. It was extremely clean. The bed was also very comfy too! We could not praise this hotel more. Such a wonderful stay.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a long time. A classic and charming hotel, with delightful common areas, nicely decorated bedrooms, comfortable bed and well appointed bathrooms. The owners were new in 2020 and they certainly extended a warm and friendly welcome. Unfortunately it was the day off for the hotel restaurant so I was unable to eat there - I'm sure it would have been better than what I had, based on the generous breakfast provided the following morning.
