Kyriad Restaurant Centre SPA Vichy

Quirky room, very clean but space limited.

The lift was very tight

The staff: Cathy in the evening and Chloe in the morning and the young guy at breakfast. All super friendly, helpful and fun and continuing to be great ambassadors for customer service

The room had tatty skirting boards needing sanding and painting

Good location but rooms etc need updating and decorating.

Small rooms - limited selection for breakfast.

very central, spacious and comfortable

some of the lights didn’t work

Great, highly recommend

Really really good place, amazing comfort, cleanliness, spa, location is fantastic right in the city, super quiet inside, newly remodeled, pleasant staff, super stay. One thing is not easy to find free street parking around, but there are some public paid parking though.

Centrally located, cozy and nice. Bright decoration, comfortable beds and pillows. I had a corner room with a charming balcony:)

As it is located between 2 streets can be a bit noisy for those who are sensitive. For me was perfectly fine.

This is a quirky property in the centre of Vichy. It is nicely decorated and clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.

If you have mobility problems, the lift is extremely small and the stairs are a bit uneven.

Room was excellent and very comfortable with a lovely ensuite.Good selection of food available and quality drinks too.

lovely hotel, nice food, friendly staff, good parking opportunity, close to famous patisserie ...

Good location. Able to book a parking lot.

Tiny room. The facilities are old and damaged, some service staffs are unhelpful.

Location is great, close to all places worth to see and private parking. Very good breakfast.

Rooms are very small

The location is perfect.

No slipper, it's clean though... the shower was not working.

Not recommended at all

Everything was bad, staff were manipulative wanting us to purchase directly from them instead of Booking, the rooms were Shabby and bad in size, no AC, the room had smell, the floor squeak due to the old structure of the building,

Good location. Access to downtown by foot.

Parking full. Poor choice for the breakfastRooms very narrow & smallLots of decorative cushions on the bedCabin shower doors are not save. Almost accident

Limited continental breakfast, but to be expected. Location was good and parking available close by all though the website claimed hotel parking-of which there was not any Tiny room and hotel needs a bit of work

Receptionist/staff made a point of only speaking French when it was obvious they could speak English

Lovely breakfast and amazing reception staff, particularly the lady who was on duty on the evening of our arrival. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.

Location

Room was tiny. Bed could only be accessed from one side. Room above the ventilation and heating system which was loud all night even with closed Windows. Impossible to sleep quietly or to air the room because of the noise.

Clean room, good breakfast, good restaurant

One person room for two with double bed, good for one night stay, well equiped and clean

Great dinner in the restaurant for a small price in the hotel, people are really nice and all questions were answered in a very short time, parking on the street was no problem

breakfast is okay but far from perfect, elevator was too small for the buggy

the location, the staff

the noise, the sounds travels through the doors and walls easily
