great location to visit the city. nice and tasty breakfast

the lack to communicate in English with the personnel is annoying. the pin code for the main entrance was been sent to us by text message. when we had to use it, it didn't work so we locked out of the hotel for half an hour in midnight... and the door opened simply by force (not a safe thing, if you thing about it). the receptionist the next day couldn't even apologise for the incident but on the contrary the only thing to say: "I haven't text the pic code to you, I don't know who did it, it's not my fault"!!! Basic English is in absolute need for a hotel, even outside Paris.

Great little hotel in the centre of Vichy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking could have been difficult but there is an underground car park just across the road which was helpful, although a bit pricy at 16 euros for 2 days.Close to all that Vichy has to offer and we had a great time and would recommend the hotel.

Room was very small and we found it difficult to move around especially after showering.

Whilst it’s been well refurbished, the building is old so it’s quite noisy. You can hear the other patrons.

Very comfortable room, helpful staff and a brilliant location (coud not have been better). Near the city but a quiet road.

The kichenette in the room could have been better equipped.

The hotel was in a convenient quiet location and the bed was comfortable.

The receptionist was rude and impatient as we arrived shortly before nine and she was looking to get home. There is not 24 hour reception. We paid for the larger double room but our room was the small double which was very cramped with a very tiny bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. When I went to look for milk everything was shut up.

Excellent 3*** hotel. Well pitched for this level. Well managed. Answers emails promptly. Bike storage. Stayed two nights with a scheduled room change executed efficiently. Rooms of a reasonable size for this type of French hotel. Handled .my scheduled but slightly complicated late arrival without hassle..

A nicely renovated older Hotel in a good location. The rooms received an appealing make-over with modern furnishings and bathrooms. Lovely breakfast room. The staff is very helpful. Parking around the corner at a park house.

Quarters were a bi t cramped, but comfortable, quite and well priced.

Good, varied breakfast, and excellent central location. Air conditioning was welcome too!

The only real glitches were a slow-draining shower and a bit of misunderstanding over times for breakfast.

The rooms are basic and clinical with a remarkably strong and off-putting smell of cleaning products. The price we paid through booking is a full 15% higher than the hotel’s own high season prices as listed in the room. As a result, the hotel is overpriced. We booked for a double bed in a comfort room, we got two separate beds. All this does not add up to a three star hotel experience, but rather a series of irritations. We were in another hotel in Vichy a couple of weeks ago which was considerably better, with lush comfort, in a lovely neighbourhood near the park, at a fairer price. We will return to that one in the future.

The triple room we had was quiet and roomy. We had AC and a little fridge. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were wonderful, warm, welcoming and helpful.

I thought the buffet breakfast available a little overpriced. There's no lift/elevator but staff automatically carry your luggage upstairs. Actually, there's nothing I didn't like.

the price is too high for such a small room, no common place downstairs to sit in the evening, all what is available is a very small room . we had big problem to find a location for dinner around the hotel - all places were occupied.

The hotel was fine, central location with parking nearby but very difficult to find.Once there we happily found a lovely restaurant in a nearby square.
