- Wonderful staff! Very friendly.
- An older hotel, very well-maintained, with a special French charm.
- Super friendly staff. Central location. Comfy bed.
Cons -
- Check-in is a bit late.
- The stairwell carpet was noticeably dirty. Not a good first impression but easily fixed. As there was no air-conditioning, the windows had to be open. As such, there was noise disturbance coming up from the street
- Very small room for 4 adults. Check-in after 5pm is too late. The toilet and bath room had no lock.

The manager was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was pleasant, and the continental breakfast generous. The bed was quite acceptable. Location was very convenient. Essentially it is a guest house, and it is fair value for the price.

Excellent host. Hotel interior retro furniture ?. The hotel 3 on 4 mins from town centre ?
Friendly staff, great location, delicious breakfast
The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the train station and the city centre. Though the room was small for 4 adults, the beds were comfortable. The restroom was almost the same size as the room. We reached early, and the host let us keep our bags.

Really nice, calm, clean, stylish place in the very center of the city.
The walls are paper thin. You hear what your neighbor whispers to his wife’s ear
Excellent location; quick, easy check-in; nice, lovingly decorated rooms; friendly staff; very tasty fresh croissants for breakfast. Great for an overnight stay in Vichy. Keep in mind that you'll have to find a parking spot yourself, there are none at the hotel - it proved quite easy for us, though, and it's not too expensive.
Central location. Covered smoking area downstairs (it poured with rain on the first night) with table and chairs - and budgerigars! Cheap parking on the street right outside or very near the hotel (free street parking a little further away). Bring a double adapter to charge your phone. The single socket in the room, next to the bed, is used for the bedside light.
