Excellent experience, friendly and professional staff, very nice pool and spa, all is planned carefully to make us feel comfortable and happy. Excellent breakfast as well! And a superb restaurant, of course, going with this....Really, "une très bonne adresse!"

This hotel was beautiful, the staff were so attentive. We were travelling with our 3 month old baby and they were very accommodating of this and added things to make our visit easier such as a nappy bin and changing mat.

We stayed in the less fancy part of the hotel across the street ‘Maison de Famille’. Still a huge and very nice room, very quiet with lots of amenities. The restaurant is amazing (2 stars) but pricey of course although the lunch menu is a good option. Spa is small but very nice

Electrical switches in the room are confusing. to be improved. A bit more frequent renewal of the restaurant menu would be good.

The staff were welcoming, the hotel facilities were great. The Michelin starred restaurant was exceptional.

The hotel was well located on our drive through France. The room had a terrace which was nice over looking the river.

We did not eat at the hotel as we were driving through and just needed a stop over. The room was a bit dated but very spacious.

Great location, nice aspect overlooking the river. Food is excellent although very pricey.

This was our second trip to the hotel and it was as good as we remembered. The staff were excellent, attentive and helpful. The room had excellent facilities. The restaurant staff and, obviously, the food were excellent.

The only minor criticism is the lack of shelf or drawer space.

Restaurant service was sub par for two stars. Although most guests were dressed informally (as we did due to the end of our holiday), I feel we were judged and treated differently on arrival. The manager did try to make it up at the end but it was a bad impression. Some restaurant staff could be trained better as I’ve had better services in one star restaurants.Luckily the food was delicious and recovered our evening.

The rooms were super comfortable, the facilities were amazing! We loved the views of the river, it was a great place to walk the dog. The restaurant was a highlight of our holiday, it was incredible and super innovative

beautiful interiors and large bathrooms

Our room or wing of the hotel had a power outage overnight. The room phone wasn’t working so we weren’t able to easily contact the front desk and when we walked down, we couldn’t find anyone there. The power eventually came back on.

The room was excellent very clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant food was exceptional. This is a Michelin starred restaurant so, whilst we were very happy with the cost, it might be worth checking this before booking.

Room, staff, and breakfast were terrific. Dinner was truly exquisite. What a delightful meal.

the bed was comfortable. bathroom was big and clean. The complementary cake that was waiting for us in the room was amazing. better than everything we ate at the two stars restaurant in the hotel.

1. very old. should be renovated. feels outdated.2. room service is super expensive and consists of dishes mostly taken from the Michelin star menu. Room service should be simple and satisfying food.3. the air conditioning didn’t work. they fixed it in few hours.4. the location is horrible. beside walking alongside the beautiful river, there’s really nothing to do.
