HOTEL EL BOSQUE ARMENIA

Refused a room

The hotel asked when we would arrive and we had indicated between 9-10pm. Our bus was delayed by an accident but not by much. Before getting in the taxi I messaged the hotel and told them we were arriving soon. They said welcome. We arrived at about 10:15pm and they told us there was no room available. We had to find a hotel last minute with 3 kids in a Saturday. Absolutely horrible experience and would not suggest taking this kind of risk by using booking.com

There was good breakfast and nice staff

Couldn’t sleep at night because we could hear everything outside. It was so loud at night

Senora alla reception super agradable, muy economico, limpio

Private parking and easy booking

The room downstairs was very outdated. The room door didn’t close properly and therefore we could hear everything that was happening in the reception.

Very good value for the price. Staff is super niceBreakfast includedStrong wifi

Room a bit small if you stay longer than 1-2 nights. But you cannot complain for this price.

Nice wellcom stuff, good location, clean, there is coffee :)

The bed was broken

The staff were so accommodating especially considering we arrived from Bogotá after midnight. A nice employee welcomed us in and showed us our room within 5 min of our arrival. The breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, cheese, bread, an arepa, and your choice of coffee or hot chocolate.Really the rating is the value of what you get for what you pay - Hotel el Bosque is an incredible find for a budget traveler. Would definitely recommend staying for one night if that's what your itinerary calls for.

our mattress in 612 was caving in in the middle. Mattress probably needs to be flipped.could use a night stand lamp or something less harsh than the bright room light attached to the ceiling.

Very clean. Great breakfast. Coffe and tea making facilities in the lobby. Comfortable beds and decent location. Hot water in the showers.

No smoking area so you have to go outside which is not so pleasant at night.

The staff was wonderful. Very clean. Comfy bed. Excellent price.

Area not safe after dark. Take a taxi.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The clean in the room was optimally

The room did not have any fan or conditioner air. The beds were very noisy. Narrow space in the room

easy to find by Taxi, staff was great and helpful

Outside noise was a bit loud, but you need to remember that it is still warm at night

Our room was huge, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. The location is great.

Neighbors can be very noisy late at the night, listening to music and singing. The walls are not think enough to filter the sound, I have been woken many times during my stay. But it is not really the fault of the hotel...

Everything was really nice. The people who work here are super friendly and welcoming. We arrived after midnight which wasn't any problem and Victor? helped us check in. He was great! Also the room was super clean, the bed was good, the shower was warm and really nice and the breakfast was good.

Friendly staff, good location, very cheap price

The windows were half broken and adjusted with some plastic. This made the room very noisy due to the street all night long. The sink is super tiny.

Friendly and helpful staff, good price and comfortable bed. There was an issue with the hot water in our room and then we got a new room.

In the room is mouldy smell and the noise from the guests and outside traffic.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the kind staff.

The price was really good and it was quiet despite some reviews saying so. This is a really good place and the staff is amazing

Everything was good

Super nice people at the reception

The staff's attention.

Everything was fine.

great staff
