Very clean and comfortable, great facilities. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 min drive to the town centre

Great location, no need to negotiate town in any way. Restaurant on site Welcome. Breakfast was first class.

Size of the rooms, newness do the hotel, very good value, excellent helpful staff and an amazing breakfast.

Misleading information from Booking.com site/description, certainly was not walking distance from the Centre of town/port, additionally although it stated there was a swimming pool they/you failed to mention that there was an €8 charge per person for each visit.

Modern stylish clean

Nothing. Small issue: we couldn’t find the entrance door from the car park. We arrived in the dark. We entered through a side door with no sign.

Clean, light, bright and comfortable room. Booking in was easy and the friendly staff kindly provided a european phone adapter for the night.

Bit out of the sticks and as Morlaix has very few taxis available we had to walk into Morlaix centre which took a while!

Excellent breakfast , great facilities, 30 min walk to town but that was ok on a nice evening

We loved the pool and sauna. Tea and coffee freely available (although not in the rooms). Breakfast was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed going into Morlaix in the evening for dinner at Le Kiosk creperie.

Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi all worked and were a delight after long days in the saddle.Only 2 floors, no lift needed. Good restaurant next door served an excellent breakfast and dinner.Staff in both hotel and restaurant ever egerto please.Rooms clean despite extensive building expansion works.Easy parking at the side with cctv out of sight of the road, more secure for motorbikes.Room TV with some English channels.Ideal for a dash to the ferry in Roscoff.

Garmin GPS has the hotel location on the wrong side of the road..... BEWARE!Would have liked if the shower had a drench head, but that's me being picky as it worked just fine.Busy road, caution when existing.Maybe a move to key card room entry should save on energy use. Ideal site for roof solar panels to help with leisure centre costs.

Use of the pool and jacuzzi. Good selection of food for breakfast. Good coffee machine in restaurant. Free parking. Friendly staff in the breakfast room.

Room was just about adequate. Lumpy, uncomfortable mattress needs replacing. Dirty shower door and tiles. Dirty, stained carpet. No tea and coffee tray. Extra payment for robe, towel and slippers for the pool area. Extra payment for breakfast. Had to pay before we even saw the room. Really cheap, lumpy pillows. Building site at the back of the hotel..they are building extra rooms..noisy building works from about 8.30am onwards.

Construction going on so booked elsewhere, still got charged for the night by booking.com.

Very basic accommodation no kettle etc

Enjoyed the pool. Good service and food at the restaurant.

Old and bad maintained building. Stayed in a family suite, with no sofa or a place to sit, besides lots of beds. When we arrived, there were no one at the reception. Chargers for el-car didn’t work. Noice from the main road.

The hotel is basic but good, very clean and the pool is very good.

There is an arrangement with the adjoining restaurant but you have to make a reservation. We had not made a reservation so the staff sat us in a corridor. We left.

Staff were very friendly. Good sized room. Room was quiet.

No tea/ coffee facilities. Very expensive for what it was.

It was nice of the staff that they turned on the wellness for us where we could enjoy ourselves alone. The room was convenient and the breakfast plenty and tasty.

Location is not central which suits us as plenty of parking and easy reach if you wanted to go out for dinner- restaurant is attached to hotel - use of swimming pool and hot tub was great
