Breakfast was fresh, attractive, and timely.

Arrived during a heat wave, and the room was a little warm.

Very central and lovely helpful lady on reception. Nice to have kettle and coffee in the room.

Would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Saintes with friendly and welcoming staff. Secure covered bicycle storage in the hotel's garage. Good buffet breakfast with a wide choice. Very good value for money hotel close to the Charente River long-distance cycle route and only a 10 minute cycle to the train station. Close to restaurants the hotel is thoroughly recommended for a stay in Saintes.

Nothing to dislike but it is worth noting that check-in closes at 21.00 hours.

Poor sound insulation in room - it's an old building

I stay here regularly enroute to Spain and I keep returning due to the welcome I receive and the ideal location just off the Toll Rd.

The bathroom door was hard to close and the lock stuck - with someone inside. Had to call the owner.

location, staff, comfort. the fan system in the ceiling.The weather was very hot and in this case air conditioned is more adapted than a fan.

The location was good for the town centre The double bed was huge and very comfortable..

The rooms and the public areas were all tired and required up dating.

We arrived very early as we discovered when we got there that reception didn't open till 4.00pm. the receptionist however checked us in at 1.00pm and we were able to spend a lovely afternoon in town which was very close by.Lovely room, and a lift up to our floor was appreciated.Breakfast room was really nice with plenty of choices.

Just off the A10. Basic, but clean and comfortable.

Staff is very nice, we had a room for 3 with a big balcony, we had everything we need in the room

Could be a bit noisy as it’s located in a roundabout.

Comfortabel bed, very clean and friendly

Central location, easy to find. Did not offer its own car park, but easy street parking in the area. Breakfast was good and varied for the price.

Not very clean and a bit smelly. Having carpets throughout didn't help.

Excellent location - a short walk from shops and restaurants.The room was fine for a short stay and the continental breakfast varied. The hotel staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

A bit more wardrobe space - it was a three person room. And we were led to believe there was parking on site - not so.

Roof ventilator was blowing nextto bed, not above, breakfast very limited, need of modernizing hotel and interior.

Breakfast was excellent. Location very good, central, short walk to everything.

The staff was very nice and accommodating of my preferences. The room had a large balcony with a view and a bathtub. Centrally located
