The hotel was easy to find, my dogs loved it. The staff where very helpful and nice we could eat in the hotel. Would visit again

Comfortable bed, good parking, very good staff and informative etc. Very good breakfast and good dinner available.

Room and bathroom a little small. Restaurant area is very noisy, some sound dampening surfaces/furnishings would help a lot.

For a one night stay, it was perfect. Staff were helpful. The restaurant served excellent food.

The very heavy entrance door to our room. An additional hand rail is really needed for older people in the shower.

Comfortable room and beds with mattress softeners. We had a very good meal at a reasonable price. Dog friendly (not pets allowed!) and we could eat with our dog in the bar, plus a good run area. Staff were really helpful. One of our favourites with dog on our travels through France and Spain.

I liked everything. Rooms were a bit small but it is budget.

Helpful cheerful staff . Man on reception changed our room to a disabled room to have more bathroom space..we are both on large side! Had nice meal in bar. Breakfast had good choice. Thank you to all staff in bar as well.

Location near Motorway was ideal. Haute comfy bed & clean shower room. Food in the restaurant was most acceptable & all staff were pleasant & helpful. No complaints.

Car park could do with tidying up & resurfacing . Doesn’t make the hotel look very well maintained.

Hotel reception open 24/7. When restaurant closed there is an excellant Asian buffet restaurant opposite.Great for dogs as there is a short walk round the hotel.

The breakfast was good but we would expect this for the price charged. The breakfast staff were cheerful and helpful.

Nothing else was as we expect from IBIS, who we have been using for years whilst travelling through France.There was no soundproofing between rooms or rooms above us. The heating did not work and it was very cold being winter. There was no kettle no coffee or tea in the room or cups and glasses etc in fact the only thing to drink from was a tiny cardboard cup in the bathroom! When I asked reception about the hospitality tray I was told that they took them all out as guests kept stealing them!I mentioned how basic the room was for the price charged and it was not as we expect from IBIS and was told that all IBIS are now franchised - we will not be using IBIS anywhere again. In the morning I saw the owner on duty told him our room was not as expected and we were freezing cold in the night due to no heating and asked if he would make a small reduction as a gesture of goodwill. He informed me that because we had booked through Booking.com there was nothing he could do for us to make amends!

The hotel is in a convenient location for us, is dog friendly, and serves a good breakfast from 6:30, allowing an easy start for the next phase of our journey.
