Contact Hôtel O'Nice Saintes

Nice room with comfortable bed, parking and good WiFi. The receptionist was very cordial and even offered us coffee in the morning.

The location was great for attending the Fesival in Saintes (July)

The staff were lovely and friendly, the hotel bright and clean, and a great little breakfast. Stayed in Saintes 3 times before, this one is the best.

Comfortable, friendly staff, nice meal next door at Le Boucherie, breakfast is fine.

The room was smaller and no balcony this time. The shower-head was a bit floppy also the toilet lid kept closing. Very early breakfast finished by 9 am leave hotel before 11am

Lady on reception was lovely snd very helpful . I liked the fact it had a microwave you could use . I didn’t like the fact that the kids could see a pool from the window but we weeent allowed to use it

Great little stop over while travelling through France. Clean spacious room with balcony. Lovely shower. A super restaurant next door to eat at and in the morning a good breakfast with plenty of choices to eat. Highly recommended.

Very clean , comfortable & with great location for travellers. Staff were friendly, happy to help and breakfast was magnificent. Merci Married

Location for travelling

The towels were threadbare not a lot of choice at breakfast thought there would have been more fresh fruit

Location, the staff and cleanliness of the whole place. Plus the attached restaurant is just amazing… unbelievable steaks, wine and beer ?

Great place for a night stop. The hotel is easily accessed from the highway and has free parking on-site. Very clean and very good value. There is a good restaurant just next door and an amazingly good boulangerie just in front.

No complaints.

We were welcomed by the host who was friendly and helpful. There is also a "Beefeater" style restaurant within a short walk from the hotel with an excellent evening menu.

Although the bedroom and bathroom looked as if they had been recently refurbished and were entirely practical, they gave the impression of staying in a hostel. The breakfast left some scope for improvement.

Family room was helpful with teenage kids. Enough room, with private corridor for storing cases.Staff are BRILLIANT, so helpful, great English if you struggle with French. Sufficient parking.Restaurant right next door and plenty of others in town a short walk/drive away. Check out the patisserie behind the car park, AMAZING selection and beautiful pastries. Breakfast was a nice spread.

Friendly receptionist,aircon,clean.size of room

Nothing to be honest.a short stay but would stay again.

Friendly personnel, clean, comfortable. Easy to find and park. Next to excellent restaurant.

Very well positioned for coming off and on the A10 and very easy to find where all the low budget hotels can be found in Saintes. Breakfast was plentiful and good value for money. Staff were very helpful and speak English if you need it.

It was good, no complaints

Clean and tidy, easy to find, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

Late check in options were a little confusing. No tea or coffee facilities in room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic! Convenient for shops. The bathroom had been updated. The restaurant next door was very good.

Breakfast ok! The whole place seemed tired and in need of updating. A little overpriced for the standard of the hotel.

Great location, nice having outside seats, staff were lovely and breakfast good

the terrace.

I booked this hotel and paid more than other better ones in the immediate area specifically because it offered secure gated car parking,On check in when requesting to use the locked car park which, was blocked by her own car I was told in no uncertain terms that there wasn't one, the area is part of her home for her and her dogs use.My verbal french is very poor but I can read it on the car park gates and room info.

About 39 minute walk into Saintes but there are restaurants close by (did not try) and a good boulangerie (did use)
